AM Woodland Construction is a full-service general contractor in Mundelein, IL, specializing in custom home building and whole-home remodeling across Lake, Cook, and Kenosha counties. Formerly Lotz Custom Carpentry, our team brings decades of craftsmanship to every phase: design, framing, drywall, flooring, tile and stone, and finish carpentry, all managed in-house from demolition through final inspection. We build custom homes and additions and remodel kitchens and bathrooms, working only with licensed, insured subcontractors so every trade meets one standard.
