I have dealt with all three pool companies and Waterfront is the best we've had. The main four people who work on the pools are very knowledgeable and they do all of the work so it's not farmed out to someone that is a transient worker. Michelle was just fabulous every step of the way and she made a digital video rendering of our space so we could see what it would look like when it was done. Very helpful to make a decision on the direction of the pool. I can't say enough good about these guys!

Areas Of Satisfaction - I have dealt with all three pool companies. Waterfront is BY FAR the best. They actually know what they're talking about, they are experts. They don't have teenagers who don't have a clue coming out to fix something on the pool. It is four grown up people who are all very knowledgeable about everything. The nicest, kindest people we have ever dealt with for our pools. The one big thing that sticks out to me is the rending of the pool and how it would look-that was amazing to see and visualize our space.
