Tim provided excellent service. He worked hard to make my dream kitchen a reality.

They started the kitchen in October, so I expected the kitchen to be finished by thanksgiving. It wasn't totally finished. Some of the products weren't exactly as I thought. I asked for pull out drawers. I don't mind the pantry. When I open the door to the other cabinet it's more like a tray with a three inch lip, so you cant stack because it doesn't have sides or a top. I Never mentioned it to Tim because there's nothing he could've done after the cabinets were in. I would suggest they show all the product to the customer before they install it. I had a problem with the lazy Susan. The opening wasn't big enough because they were trying to get everything in. There could've been manipulation to get two or three more inches in there. The way the lazy Susan is made, the shelf is so low you don't have much clearance for anything on the bottom, so I didn't care for the lazy Susan very much. Everything else was pretty good. The kitchen is beautiful. I'm happy with the sink and the vent hood. It wasn't finished in the time I expected. The slide out drawers not really being drawers wasn't good. The lazy Susan wasn't up to par.

Mr Thomas delivered what he said he would. All work was completed on time. We have recommend this company to several others in our community and will continue to tell and show other people what a great job Thomas Kitchen and Bath delivers.
