We are very pleased with our selection of Production Construction for our recent remodeling project. They were able to complete the full scope of items (bathroom remodels, completing a privacy fence, installing a HVAC in the garage, and the all-important "et cetera"), and to do so within our timeline.

It's always nerve wracking to move to a new area and have to have a major renovation down without really knowing anyone in the area to get recommendations from. We were a little nervous about finding a construction crew through the internet but based on the positive reviews we decided to go with Production Construction. We are so glad that we did! Our experience with Production Construction Inc was above average from the first time Mark Garrett came out to meet with us about the project scope. Mark and his employees and sub-contractors did an excellent job for us, they showed up when they said, they communicated any delays clearly, they asked for clarification before doing work, and they resolved what few issues came up during the renovation quickly. They were up front and transparent about fees and material costs, and we feel they went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with their work.

We contracted Production Construction to demolition our back steps and add a deck. Their office admin/assistant was very responsive and answered all of our questions clearly and quickly. The crew arrived on-time or early and the project was completed on time. We have a beautiful deck, just in time for summer!
