WHY LEXINGTON?
Founded by Ron Benach in 1973, Lexington Homes was far and away the largest, most influential and prolific homebuilder throughout suburban Chicago during the 1970s and '80s. In the 1990s, Lexington's founders continued their legacy under the name Concord Homes. This legendary team of homebuilders was always admired for their pioneering spirit, innovative designs and excellent craftsmanship. They never went away, and now they've brought back their old, well respected name. No other local Chicago area homebuilder, past or present has earned the reputation, or built the legacy, long term trust or respect that Lexington Homes has.
Lexington brings new designs and rejuvenated life to communities where Chicagoans appreciate great quality and service, a great place to live, a good deal and enduring value. It's what we've done for over four decades as we’ve built more than 40,000 homes throughout Chicago land, including both city and suburbs. Our pride, and your satisfaction, comes not just from this number. But from our philosophy of building each home as though it were the most important ever built. And from our commitment to being here for you, today, tomorrow, always. Hide

The windows are very nice. I get a lot of compliments. But you can still feel a slight draft through the windows.
