Additional Comments - In addition to the above mentioned comments, the contract that was used eased my concerns since everythingwas addressed and spelled out in a detailed manner.

I was under the impression I would be getting design input and advice. Instead I got an overpriced middleman that had little to no supervision present during work, which left me to direct what work needed to be done to the carpenter, electrician, and painters that I should have just hired on my own. No one from the company ever came by after the work was done to inspect what their sub-contractors had done. All of the problems were discovered and reported to the company by myself. On one such occasion, a light fixture was crooked and needed to be adjusted (the second such problem). When the worker showed up to fix it, he had no partner and only a ladder with him and left his tools in the car. He walked in and set up the ladder as if he was going to reach up and adjust it by hand, giving the impression that my complaint was unnecessary and blown out of proportion. After he retrieved his tools I had to physically help him because he could not do it alone and had no partner with him. The painters painted over some of the light switches but not all of them. And the ones painted over were not even completely painted, they were spotty. When we replaced some of the light covers, unpainted edges on the wall appeared, since no thought was given to the final light switch cover on the wall.

They are very reliable and on time. Prices are very fare. Their work is always excellent. I am always pleased with the work they do. I would recommend them.

We were in Hurricane Sandy, and they came to our aid. We are snow birds, and they used communication that allowed us to be off site. They also help us with with the inspectors for the insurance company. They went out of their way to add the information necessary to get more for our claims. They handled the acceptance of orders, and communication very well. They made it a capable situation for us to work from afar.
