Additional Comments - We do like our bathroom. I would definitely recommend then. Hindsight is always 20/20 and I would question some things but you would have that in any project. For the most part, overall, they were fine. I still have their master lock that they left on my railing. I've been trying to email them about it so they can get it back.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Everything was perfect. They were organized, on top of projects, and did everything very quickly. We needed to move in by the 1st, and they figured out a plan so the rooms would be painted, and floors would be done before the furniture was in. I'd be reminded of projects they were going to do, and they stayed in contact with us daily. I was told of plans and when the work was going to be done and when we would expect people in the house. Blown away with everyone who worked on our home.

Recognized Excellence - Everyone was so amazing, so it's hard to pick out anyone in particular. Everyone's work was flawless and carefully done. However, Mike was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond, texting me photos when a part arrived, damaged. We worked out the issue, and he immediately was on top of it. He's extremely good at what he does, knowledgeable and just as importantly, friendly and easy to deal with. He listed to us, we never felt like he was blowing us off or that he knew better. Our dog loves him, too, and she's kinda bratty.

Additional Comments - Thank you for everything you have all done to make our house a home. Without any of you, I'm sure you wouldn't have such a solid team. Each of you played a strong role in pulling everything off. I know we didn't have a ton of work done, but we never felt like because it was a small project, you treated us like more of an inconvenience. If we ever need any work done in the future, we will absolutely be using you!
