We renovated the main floor of our house to open it up visually and for better traffic flow, and bumped out the den to give more room in that area; we also had the upstairs master bath gutted and redone. The project lasted about 3 months. We are very pleased with the end result; although there were a few bumps in the road to completion, they were not major and we worked through them. Overall 5th Generation was a pleasure to work with, very professional, reliable and responsive. Their crews are experienced, do good work, kept the project as tidy as could be expected and corrected all oversights, punch list items and the like properly and promptly. We've worked with Melissa and Wayne Bean for a couple of decades now - on smaller projects and now this major renovation. That's probably the best recommendation any business can have -- customers who come back.

5th Generation did a complete renovation of my kitchen and built a deck off the back of our house in late 2015. This was a huge project involving the removal of several walls. The finished product far exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and design. Our dedicated project manager, Brian, was able to successfully navigate the bureaucracy and restrictions put in place by a historic district to ensure compliance and timely completion (on budget too).

I love 5th Generation and would strongly recommend them to anyone. They have done a very large project for us as well as some smaller projects. Always professional and friendly. I was kept informed throughout the projects.
