We have used Waddle Exteriors for numerous home improvement projects at both our home in Des Moines as well as our "week end " cabin for well over the past 10 years. I have been not only pleased with their quality workmanship but impressed with how they do what they say they are going to do but getting the things done when they say it will be done. I could not say those things about some people I have hired to help me out. One thing that has impressed me a great deal was their service policy. We got an unsolicited phone call, perhaps 6 months after we had installed their Gutter Toppers, informing us that they were going to be stopping by our house to check the functioning of the Toppers and check the gutters to make sure there were no leaves or other foreign material in my gutters. They have done the same inspection when they have been in the area of the summer cabin. Waddle Exteriors is a good company to work with Tom and Faye Carey

With the trouble I had, I am 50/50. I think they do good work and they are good at it.

We didn't get an itemized bill, but it was the exact amount that the insurance allowed. My son asked Kris to take out the furnace, but it wasn't something they could not do. We didn't know it beforehand. They needed someone who was an expert in that.

I was very happy and satisfied with the work done. The look of the gutter toppers is great as it blends with the color of the roofs shingles.

The Waddle installation crew were very well organized. They worked very hard and effectively. The finished roof looks great from ground level and I expect that it looks the same from the roof. I was extremely pleased with the cleanup work before they left for the day and when they left the job. I have found very few scraps of materials, removed shingle parts or nails around my home since the project was completed.Overall, I am very pleased with the completed project and would recommend Waddle Exteriors to others, if asked.

It was very hot when they were at our place; I do not know how anyone could do what they did. It almost appeared as if, when they got up on the roof someone took the ladder down. They just stayed right there and worked very hard. They did excellent work!

Additional Comments - There were several contractors in our area at the time of this hailstorm, and we chose Waddle Exteriors because they were from a city we use to live in.

The guys did a nice fast job of installing my gutter toppers, and I'm looking forward to no more trips up the ladder to do that messy job of cleaning out the gutters!

Everyone at Waddle was very professional, helpful, and patient with my changing mind. The entire transaction was smooth from start to finish and we couldn't have asked for better service or work. We were thoroughly impressed with the crews hard work, keeping the site debris contained, and doing a great job with the clean-up! Jamie and Logan were also great when it came to answering any last minute questions and making themselves available. It's a brand new house! Having someone come out to the house a few days later after a storm to make sure everything was still okay was an added bonus and sealed the deal! We recommend Waddle to everyone!

We had contracted with Waddle Exteriors last Fall to replace our gutters, due to the weather they were unable to start the project but they did make sure our old gutters were cleaned out before winter. This Spring they contacted us as to set up a day, called the day before and even the day of to let us know when they would be arriving. All of the staff we have been in contact with have been friendly, helpful and professional. They removed and installed all of the new gutters, everything was cleaned up afterwards and they walked around the house with us to make sure we were satisfied. We would highly recommend them

Everything about Waddle Exteriors is above and beyond. All aspects of the company are super. You all are professional and nice enough to make me feel like family. I kept wanting to hug the boys. That is how you all made me feel. Excellent work ethics. When I walked around the house, I found only 1 roofing nail. Every visit from you was a complete Joy. While the guys were reinstalling the Gutter toppers, one of the guys came to the door and suggested that I needed a new downspout. I was just getting ready to go out and talk to them about the exact thing. But He saw it first and tnonehat was a plus in my book. Totally satisfied with Waddle Exteriors.
