Helped me a lot. Clear plan on how to complete the bathroom from floor plan to items to purchase. One issue was the vanity countertop recommended. It is a small vanity and the Cambria marble recommended only came in full slabs and was very expensive when I only needed less than half of a slab.... more


I want to repaint a bathroom with semi-gloss over flat paint, but I also want to reseal the corners with a sealant. Seal first or repaint first? What sealant?

Always seal first and then paint. Why are you re-sealing the corners?  Seal the corners first, prime, and lastly paint.
My AC unit is on its last leg. Any suggestions for a good, energy-efficient AC unit that will take care of a 3200 sq ft house? Pricing with installation?
I am assuming your home is ducted and has a forced air system.  If you you only have 1 furnace and 1 condenser, it my be more energy effecient to expend to two units.  I recommend Lennox.  You can als ... read more
