Transform Home Improvement Products only acted well during the sales process. That was to convince me of what they would do. In reality, once you sign the contract with them and they have the deposit, they don't follow through. They never did the inspection, as they said they would. I will advise anyone who is contracted with Transform to be careful about what you sign up for. They do not keep their word.
Install not done right the 1st time now having issue getting it fixed.
Transform changed their name from Sears to Transform. I have been dealing with them for many, many years, and I will continue to use them. Thank you so much!
We had certain benefits after the roof job including a cooler house.
This is really a zero-stars rating. The crew, which is a subcontracted group and NOT SEARS employees, was great. The Transform people were absolutely worthless, and their customer portal was not kept up to date. The Project Manager NEVER contacted us as we were told, and no one returned our phone calls. Not up to SEARS standards, that's for sure.
They had very poor service.
They were very professional. They did the job on time. I would recommend them to someone. Right now, I am very satisfied. Ask me again in five or six years. For right now, it seems to be good.
They did the work and I didn't have any problems except for the satellite dish needing to be reinstalled at my expense.

Their communication was awful and promises were not kept. Inspection documentation and photos were not kept, causing us to repeat the inspection process for a third time ourselves.

That is because of how they left inside my attic. It was dusty with pieces of particles all over it.
Installed a new AC and Heating unit last year
While using heating fan kept shutting off every 15 mins.
Got notifications from Nest thermostat that something is wrong with the Heating unit.
Called for a service appointment, and after following up for almost 2 months someone showed up to inspect the unit.
They told the size of furnace was big for the size of home and thats why it kept shutting off.
Then someone came to repair and the Furnace fan was fixed.
But now 2 months later when I turn on my AC the unit is not working.
Have been on call with the Sears for last hours. They scheduled an appointment and will be charging me $80 just for inspection and more for the repair.
For a faulty installation I am paying out of pocket.
I will recommend not get service from them.
Have never had such poor workmanship on a project. Was lied to that a supervisor would look at the roof while it was under construction. The roof is leaking in multiple places, someone finally came out and said the roof would be replaced in December of 2020 and still nothing as of 5/3/21. Absolutely horrible trying to get someone to pick up a phone and call you back. Transform improvement is a JOKE!!
Damage done during Roof Installation has not yet been done. The Roofers were inexperienced and did not have adequate Supervision. They neglected to install the Lead Vent Boots even when reminded of their necessity. They came beck later to hack them in place. They neglected to cut the Vent Slots under the Ridge Vent. They did not spread tarps to contain debris and did not pick up nails etc. They destroyed the Gutter Cover system - leaving the gutters totally inoperable. I am attempting to withhold the Final Payment so I will have funds to replace the gutter covers. The Project Manager was totally missing in action. The required Final Inspection has not been done. The Sales Rep said that the Final Payment would only be due AFTER the Final Inspection was complete. Other than That - - -
They signed a contract with me to make some repairs to the back of my house including replacement of gutters, facia, windows trims, and corner guards. The contract was signed back in the August of 2020 and as of yet I cannot get them to start the job. It’s now January of 2021 and thus far I have called them a minimum of 128 times and have spoken to numerous people and they keep saying that they are working on getting some one to come over and start the job. Back in August ( 6months ago) they charged my credit card for 40% of the total cost and as of today I have no idea if they are ever going to do this job.
Maybe I have been scammed!!!??
The quality of product and workmanship will be tested during and after a complete rainy season, which should be by June 2021.
