The quality of product and workmanship will be tested during and after a complete rainy season, which should be by June 2021.
The craftsmen were efficient and knowledgeable. They kept debris down to a minimum. There were a couple of repairs that needed to be addressed afterwards and there were done quickly. The project was accomplished quickly. I wanted to see if the roof held up when the wind blew and it did. I thought that the price was higher than expected and could not discern what caused the price to be signficantly higher than other bids. The roof is beautiful.
They did it relatively quick, but there are a few things that have to fix. Overall, it is not bad.
I would not recommend.
Do your homework and research before using them.
They did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.
Something I have learned over the years and I have watched a lot of episodes of home improvement shows, and I am originally from New England. Being in the south, we don't get a lot of snow but occasionally get ice storms. One thing I have observed with shingles is that when they are placed where the gutters are they are not supposed to touch the gutters. They are supposed to overhang because if the ice builds up it allows a path for the water to go under the shingles into the roof. When that occurs you can get water damage. They put a drip edge in and that is my only concern is when they put the shingles on it is touching the gutters. I am going to observe it to see if it forms a bridge so that the water comes up, hopefully that drip edge prevents it. I am sure they know what is going on because they have done 100s of these things. I have that from my background only become I come from the northeast. If you watch an episode of This Old House, they will say this is the way to put shingles on because of the ice that comes in and it will cause damage. They have had lots of roof repairs and in every case the shingles weren't put on properly.
I am waiting to get my work re-done and I think they should hold off on my payment because of their not following through.
They attempted to install the wrong material without telling me. Luckily, I was home and caught it in the act. Then they waited almost 6-7 months to do anything about it. They missed several appointment times that I took off of work for and stayed home. I wouldn't recommend using this company at all.
This was such a different experience than our previous roofing job. The team from Transform Home Improvements was professional, courteous, timely and did a great job. They cleaned up well when they were finished, and communicated effectively throughout. I was impressed.
I hold the salesperson that sells the product accountable to the customer and excellence to service. This person was unprofessional. The salesperson did not show what the gutters would measure out to be. Otherwise, the work is not true. I do not like that I was cheated by him.
They need to make sure the customer exactly what the job intialeto make sure there are no misunderstandings.
The sales pitch was long, but ultimately convincing. I feel like I got a good product with a good warranty. I will have peace of mind and a good looking, leak free roof for my lifetime.
Be sure you have a person to contact if you have any question or request, because I am still waiting for my answers
Not after this I would not!
I am satisfied.
The office staff was very kind and tried to be very helpful. Overall, I am happy with my roof.
The quality of the roofing installation was great but I had to clean up my yard and my neighbors yard. To be fair, they worked until dark to finish. It might have been better to finish the next day as scheduled.
I was very satisfied with their workmanship. Being a first-time homeowner things can be hard, but they made it easy and they were great.
My neighbor was impressed with the work they did for me, but we had difficulties trying to get in touch with the company to come provide an estimate for his roof.
I was most satisfied with their timeliness.
The materials are great. But you have to keep calling them and you can not get through to the right person. I have called and emailed them with pictures. They finally came out but it still has not stopped. I called last week and no one has called me back. They are not professional. I do not understand.
Everything was professional and timely.
Worst company ever signed a contract to have windows installed October 2019 windows did not get installed until February 2020 now and the windows are the leaking have called emailed the company numerous times now and out thousands of dollars a damage floor and still no resolve. Don't waste time calling they never ever answer
The installation was done in a very professional way by Advanced Roofing Systems, Inc. Carlos Costillo, the person in charge was very helpful and we are happy with him and the crew he sent. We have serious problems with TRANSFORM. The estimate showed material not used, but it was a long fight to get some credit and the settlement is still pending after more than two month. They sneaked in a HOME WARRANTY for $ 840.00 in a roofing job?? So far, we did not get a documentation that it was removed and they refuse to give a detailed acconting for actual material used and labor. We asked for it several times, but it was refused so far.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Transform SR Home Improvement Products as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
