We had second thoughts about the Tight Seal Windows, but once the job of installation began... we really liked the results immediately! The windows looked as though they were naturally part of the home for years. Thank you, Tight Seal!!

TightSeal employees arrived at time they said they would, no waiting there. They took out the old windows, put in the new, sealed all cracks, took away all old material and you couldn't ask for a nicer couple of guys! Very professional!
We had windows installed throughout the house (except basement and garage) and they did a good job.
The product quality is excellent and the installation team was polite and fast! They even modified their normal work routine to accommodate our grandkid's remote schooling schedule!
I thought that TightSeal did a good job installing my windows. However I thought my salesman needed more training. Also I asked for a "cheat sheet" on operating my windows (for cleaning etc.) they promised me something in a week, it's been over 4 months and nothing. Nor has the window with some rough spots on it been replaced . . . . .

The build quality is good. The materials are very good. The installer was professional, timely and kept our home clean. The price is considerably higher than most for similar quality, however, and i would only recommend to a friend that is comfortable negotiating with a more aggressive sales team.
