The only thing I was unhappy with during the process was the back and forth from Scott to his manager during the sales meeting that ended with his manager approving a price that was only available if I accepted immediately. It felt like a car dealership, which no one likes.

We were told there would be one seam, yet my husband noticed as they were working discovered the project manager ordered short and there was going to be 3 seams. They were not going to be honest about this and just hope we wouldn't notice.

Everything about our experience with System Pavers was wonderful. From the sales representative, the project manager, the workers they created an amazing patio. I had some special requests regarding the steps a 4" rise with a 16" step width, they accomplished that with no problem. Our front door has an incline without a step with a handrail which is wonderful. I have shared photos with family and friends who say what a beautiful patio they created.

When we encountered an issue caused by the contractor, the general managers were aggressive, uncooperative, and hostile. They requested that I contact several third parties for unbiased opinions on how to proceed with the project. When the contactor (System Pavers) was notified that their negligence caused unwarranted damages which required action, they ignored the advice from all third-party contractors and demanded that the homeowner was responsible for their actions. Long story short, no, I would not recommend System Pavers to anyone.

How many redos did we do? How many times did I have to beg you to come back to clean up? Did you build what you planned in the end? No. No. No.
Also, it really felt like the company abandoned the contractor, and then the contractor abandoned the laborers, who were left to ask me (in spanish) how to make changes when the design failed.

3. Left over plastic water bottles and food wrappers were NOT left.on property! (Thats never an acceptable practice.)

I would say over all, the work was very good. If anything, there were a number of "finishing" items that would probably annoy most people considering the amount of money being spent. Namely exposed concrete material along edges that really does not look good, also variances in garden wall/edging height that looks strange.
We are coming up with solutions to both of these issues on our own, but when I do recommend you to friends, I will be making sure they stay on top of this so they do not have the same results I did.
