I was disappointed. They ordered the wrong size and had to make 4 total trips to my house when it should have only been 1 trip. They also overcharged me and will not correct it.


Is it natural for water main to drip after it is turned on after 3 weeks shut off ? We had shut it off and drained before going on vacation

Just behind the valve handle there is a "packing nut" that sucures the shut off valve into the body of the unit. Take a cresent wrench and tighten up that nut and this should stop that leak. No need t ... read more
Can you install wood planks behind a range (similar to shiplap)? If so, does it have to be a certain type?

I wholeheartedly agree with Susan, wood behind a stove is a safety hazard.
