The work has never started let alone been completed. We have been in contract since June 2019. We only hear from them when we reach out. We picked our roofing after they worked with our insurance. They said they would work with us after the winter. We at first heard nothing due to Covid but now it’s been more than a year. They have our money. I’ve seen other people get roofs and I am still sitting here waiting. Any call we make with them goes to voicemail and is either never responded or a wish wash we will get back with you email that is never gone through. I will never recommend this company unless they pull a 180 and manage to do the right thing. With how it’s been I see that as highly unlikely

The person that did the estimation was efficient and friendly. The replacement glass for an insulated window fit perfectly. Despite it being an extremely hot day, the two person installation crew did the job quickly. They were on time and the job is done right.
