I really appreciate our project manager, Jerika, who was under a lot of stress when most of her crew quit halfway through our project and being shortly staffed. She was very kind and understanding. That aside, the company's inability to adequately replace staff in order to finish the project within a reasonable time-frame really affected our schedules and living arrangements.
