The length of time it took to respond to my request for a bid, lack of communication between company departments, appearance of work when completed. More sales representatives and field staff may help. Instead of considering a repair job a new install call it what it is and bid it accordingly so parts are ordered and not canceled due to miscommunications with your departments. I should not have to contact five or more people to take care of a repair bid.
Obviously if someone asks who we used we'll let them know.
We liked the installers and how professional they were. We never received a call concerning our free trip promised at time of signing.

We paid over $45,000 for the windows. One showed up broke, another doesn’t have a working latch, and we were short a screen. Instead of the company worrying about getting these things fixed and taking care of on your side of things we just keep getting calls and emails for the remaining $4,000. We thought after we have already invested so much in the company and our windows getting things done correctly would be a priority- not just getting our money. Very disappointed in the end result after we have paid the company so much money. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Clarification on pricing; makes no sense. And so much for your "deals" of buy one get one free, what a joke.
Communication and co-ordination of the project wasn't good. I had to ask for updates instead of Champion keeping me informed about the status. Also, there was additional cost to build the sunroom but it was very difficult to get an explanation of why.
It was a disappointing process. It took so long to get the parts then I was told it would take 4 days to complete but it took 3 weeks.
