Very professional. Kept connect with me. They were willing to completed the job to our liking. All windows are sealed for all seasons. I am a garden condo and retains heat and stays cool.

Product and initial communication were good. Took a long time to get fully installed and still had to make payments before the product was fully delivered.

Communication was excellent, until I got the windows and siding. I kept getting email saying upload pictures, I could never upload pictures so I texted them to a man in charge. I've tried to call and text and ask where the sign is that I'm supposed to put out in front of my house and I've never heard back from anybody. So once I got done paying for my stuff nobody has ever called me or texted me back. Not sure I want to pass that hassle on to somebody else

i have tried to reach the number left on my voicemail in regard to fixing a locking issue with one of our windows. Each time I get a new name and a voicemail full. Also the team was great but the cleanup was not 100%. Not worse than other installs and also not the best.

Installation was terrible, sliding door is already broken (the edge has chunks missing and screen is already coming away from the door), never heard from the vacation/condo rental thing that was offered as a perk for purchasing through Champion. I work two jobs and am a single parent so it's not easy for me to keep calling, emailing, finding the right person to talk to, and scheduling hours out of my work day to resolve issues that shouldn't be issues in the first place.

Overall Champion did a great job and contact with everyone was great!

Lack of communication failure to complete job in a timely manner. Workmanship compared to other jobs was extremely slow.

Installation team was amazing

It took way too long. We would have never signed the contract if we knew how long it would take. Salesman led us to believe late Nov or early Dec. to start. No more than two weeks after that, done by Christmas for sure. BS!!!!! Not done until May!!!

The installers were very knowledgeable, communicative, and very efficient. Office support was excellent as well.

One of our windows was installed pre-broken, with a crack from top to bottom. I understand that mistakes happen. But my concern is that a window company selling premium priced windows cannot remedy this situation in a timely manner. We were told it will be another 8 weeks from the install date to get the window replaced. There needs to be a way to obtain a replacement in an expedited manner. A premium window company installing a broken window and then being unable to replace it for 2 more months is unacceptable. We have had a half dozen guests at our house since getting new windows and this is a bad look for Champion.

Unfortunately, we had to wait another 6 weeks before we received the correctly measured door, but the installers we excellent

I've never dealt with a a company that was so focused on getting paid and cared so little about paying attention to details without including me, the customer in the process. I have a $11K+ New paint job on my house, complete with black trim. They installed the windows, smearing White caulk on the Black trim. The Caulk used does not absorb paint. So I'm left with jagged lines that look unprofessional! I'll most likely use a different company on future windows.

The way they show you the cost of the breakdown of the windows, is very confusing at not very transparent.
