One of our windows was installed pre-broken, with a crack from top to bottom. I understand that mistakes happen. But my concern is that a window company selling premium priced windows cannot remedy this situation in a timely manner. We were told it will be another 8 weeks from the install date to get the window replaced. There needs to be a way to obtain a replacement in an expedited manner. A premium window company installing a broken window and then being unable to replace it for 2 more months is unacceptable. We have had a half dozen guests at our house since getting new windows and this is a bad look for Champion.
Unfortunately, we had to wait another 6 weeks before we received the correctly measured door, but the installers we excellent
I've never dealt with a a company that was so focused on getting paid and cared so little about paying attention to details without including me, the customer in the process. I have a $11K+ New paint job on my house, complete with black trim. They installed the windows, smearing White caulk on the Black trim. The Caulk used does not absorb paint. So I'm left with jagged lines that look unprofessional! I'll most likely use a different company on future windows.
The way they show you the cost of the breakdown of the windows, is very confusing at not very transparent.
Excellent service with ordering, follow up payment, installation
And overall satisfaction with how beautiful they look !!
My window glass busted and needs to be fixed
It took almost 10 months to get our sunroom completed. The whole process was bad from the “get-go”. Until Kevin came and got it done. If we’d have known how horrible this was going to be, we’d never have contracted with Champin of Ft. Collins!
It's very hard to get in contact with any that is actually in Fort Collins. Communication and getting things taken care of is difficult. Still trying to get an invoice for the work that was done so I can submit it to insurance.
Not at this time, are we likely to recommend Champion wIndows to anyone...our experience has been one of regret. The main reason is the weight of the windows making it hard to open, close and impossible to 'easily' clean as advertised before the installation. The drainage whole, we found lets too much dust/dirt in with wind storms, not so with older windows in home. We have seen older Champion Windows and they seem to be much better in all areas. We are not happy with corporate in not getting back to us with our concerns for resolution on second order we have not allowed to be installed until problems are addressed.
The final product feels very high quality

Just finished installation, everthing looks good.
Top quality and installed efficiently
The measuring system needs to be improved.
Great customer service
My only complaint is that they guys didn’t wash the storm door window inside and out.
Windows are very nice, installation crew was very good
Great service
Scheduling and billing issues were tough. Everything else was pretty good. See my comments below
Call backs with a 72 hour wait time are not honored. Very poor communication once project is contracted.
Poor workmanship on gutter and trim install. Contractor did not consult with homeowner for downspout angle/location or house number attachment. Incomplete trim install, disappointing lack of attention to detail.
My install was less than stellar and for what you pay I was completely disappointed
The entire process was smooth and professional. I was kept informed at every step of the way.
windows were ordered, it was literally months before they were installed. I was unaware of the timeframe although it was in the fine print I didn't realize the winter would already be here before they were installed.
We've had our windows for a few weeks now and can already notice some major improvements in our house climate control even though the weather has been extremely mild. Champion has been great to work with from the first consultation to install.
