They did a wonderful job, and they were very professional. They did a great job on the cleanup once the job was completed.

I really appreciate the time Specialty Restoration of Texas took with me to explain things. I had a great experience. I would use them again.

Maybe someone else will have better luck with them than I did.

Took ownership and drove the process

I was very satisfied with their work and they did exactly what they told me.

I paid my $500 deductible upfront so that my agent and my vendor could deal with them directly. I didn't have to get any vendors and tell them to bring me samples, etc.

The guy who worked on my floors was great. His name was Carlos. He explained how to clean them and everything. He was so nice. They didn't have to move my bed, and they were so nice about it.

I had very good results with them.

I was very impressed with the depth and breadth of detailed knowledge that all the SRT people had. I include in this the management/supervisory people right to the folks who removed furniture from my house and replaced it in exactly the right spots with no help from me. Apparently they had taken photos of each item before removing it. I was also very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the water amelioration people who came in after my living room was flooded. In terms of recommendations to friends, SRT is at the top of the list.

I am so pleased that they came in and took over. They are with my insurance company and they have been real great. They put me at ease because they are taking care of everything. I can get a hold of anyone right away.

Cabinet trim man said we have some black mold, said to spray with bleach.

They came out and did the drying process good. But the remodel has been a nightmare. The process began on Aug. 26th and it is October 12th and we are not back in the house yet. We are going on our 3rd week in a hotel and not even sure when it will be finished. They just don't seem to schedule everyone in a timely manner.

I will NEVER recommend this company!! I was promised a written schedule ( that I never received) and was told our repairs would take about 30 days. Well, 4 months later we finally finished. I'm saying we because my husband did some of the work for them. And the brick man they hired only needed to remove a portion of our wall but took it upon himself to remove half of the wall already knowing we couldn't find matching bricks!! He had to come back 3 times to finish the job correctly with my husbands help!!

They were able to remove all the water from my home. I was happy with that.
