Additional Comments - We recently experienced a battery failure (motorized shade) and Roger promptly followed up with the manufacturer to ensure we were provided with a new battery under warranty. Not only did the battery arrive quickly, but Roger took the time not once, but twice to ensure that it was working properly and that we were happy. We will use Eogwr for our next home, improvements, and happily recommend his services!
