I had no problems with the workers who helped me clean my house....but there was a time delay of almost a month for the contractors to get back with me. Therefore I terminated the contract and got my own contractors. Also the demolition guy was wonderful...I can only sing praises for the hard job he did. But I think Servpro should allow the customer the ability to pick their own contractors if they are not going to be on time.

i just had all the windows replaced in my home, why am i getting moisture on the inside of some of the windows and puddles on the window sills?

Hi Connie, You have condensation on your new windows.  This is common with new windows that are air sealing your home better than the old ones.  It also means you have humidity in the air in your home ... read more
