Our house flooded on New Years day and within 45 minutes after filing our claim they were at our house trying to help get everything removed and cleaned out. Ashley was amazing! She answered all our questions and made the process seamless and as painless as possible. Thanks again!
I was at work during the day while workers were there. But would make it home in time to pick up the cigarette butts they'd kindly leave on my carport and patio. It took about a week to clean the smoke damage from a small fire. They would show up around 9-9:30 and discuss the days work during a smoke break. My neighbors always got a good laugh and would say they could have finished a lot sooner if half the crew wasn't outside sitting around smoking all day. I won't recommend them to anyone, ever.
The best money I have spent for my project. Our design specialist Johanna was great. Our project went from confusion to organized and budgeted. We are shopping our Kohler products now.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of ServPro of Lafayette as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
