They put plumbing hoses in wrong place. Hooked illegal wires on gas meter refused to fix it after I was cited by gas company. Broke things in my house, stapled plastic into my floors leaving holes. Never fixed that. Terrible company!

SeaPointe provided us with the design build support we needed to complete our repair/remodel of our 25 year old master bath and kitchen. It was very important to us to have our new master bath and kitchen meet the new building codes and to have proper permits. SeaPointe did all that. Our designer Natalie was able to take my initial choices/vision and help us custom design the kitchen and master bath of our forever home. Our project manager Briana and her team were very professional and showed pride in their workmanship. We ended up adding the downstairs bath and fixing up the fireplace to the project. We LOVE our spa bathroom and now everyone wants to cook in the new kitchen. Thank you SeaPointe!

Carolyn Hall and Sean Ryan did an outstanding job on my remodel. Carolyn re-designed my 40-year-old kitchen so that it is finally functional and looks beautiful. Carolyn Hall is one of the many stars in the Sea Pointe Construction remodeling service. But she was our first real contact as we walked into their display and conference area unannounced, and my wife and I feel very fortunate to have started with her. We are now in our second project with Sea Pointe and we are about mid way through this complete remodel of an upstairs bath and linen closet. Our first undertaking was a "major remodel of our downstairs kitchen, family room, dining room , and living room". We also updated our downstairs linen closet and guest bathroom. That project is now complete and we are very satisfied with the changes that make these areas more open, useful and beautiful. Carolyn and her compatriots all had a hand in the super final product.

They did stay on pretty much on schedule as far at the time frame, the designs were good. The workmanship, not good, attitude not good!

Overall, very positive experience. One glitch was initial failure to build out shower walls appropriately for tiling plan. I suggest the tiling sub be brought in earlier in the process, as he caught this error immediately.

I am going with Sea Pointe Construction mainly because of their professionalism and their knowledge. My designer is not only all of these things, but she really seems to care about the project and to make sure that when it is complete, that I am happy. This is our third project with SeaPointe (total Kitchen remodel, all 3 bathrooms, and now cabinetry). Even though this was the smallest of our projects we were still treated like million dollar customers. Great working with Carolyn Hall, our designer. All staff was prompt and responsive. The workmanship was all top notch, the team members were all professional, prompt to arrive as scheduled, meticulous with cleaning up on a daily basis, and had a true sense of pride in the work they performed. Our sales rep, Mike Holland, was exceptional and listened to our vision and was patient, flexible and treated us as a true business partner. Jim, our Project Manager, was organized, attentive, timely in addressing changes and ensuring our overall satisfaction.

Areas Of Satisfaction - This was our second project with Sea Pointe, so we had a good idea what to expect. After obtaining several competitive quotes, we felt satisfied that Sea Pointe's proposal was fair and at the market price. So, we again chose Sea Pointe because of our positive experience with them in the past and because our designer, Carolyn, was so great to work with. She is really attuned to our needs. Our PM, Lee, is equally great to work with and shows a high level of care and concern about every aspect of our project. The construction team and subs have all been polite and professional. All around, another awesome Sea Pointe experience!

I would highly recommend. Dollar for dollar, I am very impressed at the execution of the timeline, attention to detail, professionalism of all staff and sub-contractors and the final product of our remodel. We never felt that corners were cut, or that we didn't receive a 100% attention and quality to our project. Everything from start to finish is laid out and easy to understand.

Sea Pointe recently remodeled every room in our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. Chris and Carolyn are a fantastic team. They took a 20 year old kitchen and made it gorgeous!

We would highly recommend Tanya Poland and Chris Jay from Seapointe, however we would wouldn't recommend Seapointe after the lack of completion and communication from Sean Ryan. While we will likely have some big bathroom resdesigns coming up in our future, we would have to really think long and hard about whether we would use Sea Point again. And if this time comes, we would want to meet with Tanya and Chris to better understand how our project would be handled so that our experience we had with Sean is NOT replicated.

Tanya Poland, my salesperson, was exceptional. We met with other companies before deciding on Sea Pointe Construction. Sea Pointe Construction is professional, organized, and responsive to our questions. We are satisfied with service they have provided.
