In an effort to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff, the SandStar Design Center will, temporarily, be open by appointment only. We will only have one (1) client or couple in our showroom at a time. We have a large design table and multiple screens that allow us to sit 3 feet apart (the CDC recommended distance.)
The Design Center has been thoroughly cleaned and samples are being disinfected after each use. We are asking that all visitors to the showroom either wash their hands upon arrival or use hand sanitizer that is provided. Design Center staff will do the same. Our model home, the Regatta, located at 605 W Henry Street in Punta Gorda, is also open by appointment only until further notice. The model will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each appointment. Alternatively, we are also offering virtual tours and meetings, if preferred, to be scheduled at your convenience, Monday through Sunday. Remodeling is a specialty which requires a unique set of skills and a nuanced approach. Your ordinary construction general contractor is not equipped with the skills and personal to meet reasonable expectations.

Additional Comments - Impressive. In today's remodeling market, it's hard enough to find CGCs that will return your calls, so when you find one that works this hard for you, it's a wonderful experience. Was the upheaval easy? No. But it was as painless as it gets with SandStar.SandStar is a great company I would gladly contract with again.
Doing a good job as planned is very important and Sandstar did this very well.Solving any problems encountered properly are just as important and Sandstar did that extremely well.A sub chipped a door in a few places, Sandstar immediately ordered a new door to replace it.I suspect that other companies may have told us they would touch it up with paint and that we would never notice the repair which would have been unacceptable.
