It 10 days to finally dry the area, only after 10 th day did the area finally was dry due to removal of baseboards and cutting slits into sheetrock that the area was dry.

They are a really nice couple. He was prompt and she was easy to get n touch with, but it's just the structure of the company. They are not a start-to-finish company like Paul Davis. I needed reconstruction of my kitchen sink base that they took out because of mold and water.
They do mold remediation, and I had to find a plumbing contractor on my own, which was a pain, but that's okay; I was forewarned. When they took out the kitchen sink base cabinet, I didn't hear anything, and I asked Susan when they were going to send someone to put a new one in. She said, "Unfortunately, our contractor doesn't do such a small job, so, unfortunately, you have to find your own contractor. Now, that did not please me.

I think they are very professional. Based on what they do with mold, they take every precaution to make sure that you are safe while they work. For someone with Asthma, that was really important to me. They took every step to make sure I wouldn't breathe in any of the mold that was in my bathroom and bedroom. I didn't have to use my inhaler, and I usually have to use my inhaler often. They left my house cleaner than when they first came.
