From beginning to end, this project was handled in a professional manner. I kept informed when they found that our electric switch was on the wrong side of the wall. The installer moved the switch and added a second switch for us at no charge. The final product was amazing and exceeded our expectations.
If you need or want to upgrade your bathroom, I highly recommend this company.

Their wokriand hit was shotty they didnt' seem to know what they awer doing it ook 3 times longer than it should have.

The project was completed but it was a challenge as soon as the sales team handed the project over. Nothing was right, there were so many problems and nothing was communicated to the clients. We had to initiate all communication. The project coordinators were terrible (lack of knowledge of the project and huge lack of communication skills). Communication was the biggest challenge and disappointment

After a good amount of research I chose Rose Remodeling to replace my shower. They were on time, performed as promised, and I had a designated project manager who was always available to answer questions.

I signed under distress. The worker was yelling at me. The whole process was horrible.

We started the project with a very positive experience from purchase to installation; however, the later stage of the interaction was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The concluding experience unfortunately makes me less likely to recommend the company. I wrote a glowing review on Yelp right after the installation was completed; however, I will take it down since it is no longer accurate.

Installation was sloppy. Installer unprepared and wasn't on time. A couple of key items were missing in the initial delivery, which caused delay. A 3 to 4 day project took 2 and 1/2 weeks, which still needs correction for the amount of money I paid. Not happy at all.

Person doing the job was very knowledgeable, showed up on time, had good communication. However, I expected to have a ready bathtub/shower without having to clean anything up afterwards. All materials were not at warehouse when project was started.

My project with Rose Remodeling was very quick and well carried out. The crew was nice and they only took two and a half days to finish the entire project. Meyland and Cecile were great.
