I was pleased how efficient they were, how they cleaned up each day, how quickly I had a new shower.

Everything went very smoothly, despite rescheduling due to my illness. Roman did a great job on the install, and Graham was great to work with.

The team who completed the work was diligent and dedicated, and I believe they did an excellent job. I was disappointed with Graham. He called saying they were on track to move forward but the permits would take a while. No one contacted me concerning the permits, and I had to call Graham and he had to check and then found out they did come in. I was apprehensive, wondering how long it would have taken them to notify me that the permits had arrived. It would have been good if Graham had been more proactive in reaching out.

Poor communication on the installer will not update you on the progress of his job , did not even tell us that he is done, he just left with the pile of trash in our frontyard.

The technician was great. He did a fabulous job. They left the windows with smudges and handprints on them. They need to clean the windows before you leave.

I have already put the company name out there when showing off the end product of our remodeling.

It was difficult because I was undergoing some strenuous pain problems and hip problems. I wound up having a surgery. I had an accident during recuperation. I have used the new shower once since the installation. My wife uses it more often.

They were professional, proficient, and finished ahead of time.

We had two people who were interested in who remodeled our bathrooms. Initially, we told them about you, but now we can not in good conscience recommend your company.

They were very conscientious. Their demo team did a fantastic job with the clean-up. The people that did the shower kept me informed on everything. They were very non-intrusive to my daily life while they were there.

Our experience was very positive from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Rose Remodeling to anyone interested in professional high quality remodeled bathrooms.

For as much as the project cost us. We expect better work and communication.

They were very professional, their pricing was right in the middle of the pact, and I was very happy with the finished product.
