He was tight out front and told me it would take four to five days and to schedule the start at the beginning of the week so it wouldn’t be interrupted by the weekend. The job started on Tuesday and was done on Saturday. He measured perfectly and everything fit just right.

Installation - Frederick and his sons worked together seemlessly. When he overheard it was my husbands birthday Fred went outside and called his wife, who owns the Heart 2 Heart flower shop, and she delivered my husband a beautiful basket of spring flowers. We had no idea who sent them and he didn’t let on until after we’d signed off at the completion. What a kind and caring thing to do!

Product Walk Through - There wasn’t much go explain. How to use a shower is pretty self explanatory. He hung a squeegee and left a cleaning spray to clean the walls and doors.

Areas For Improvement - Rose Remodeling exceeded our expectations. Last summer my daughter had a bathroom remodeled and it took forever. They didn’t stick with it until it was done, but came and went at their discretion. Another daughter wanted her shower converted to a soaking tub and a walk in shower added. Two months later she ended up with a cave-like oversized shower where the tub should have been and no separate shower where it was supposed to be. I have had bathrooms remodeled in other homes and was never overly pleased with the finished product. Rose Remodeling was an awesome experience.

Installation - We had two sets of installers. Two men were here on Day 1 and two more on Day 3 and Day 4. Though Arabic was their preferred language, we were able, I think, to converse to an appreciable degree. They were all very nice guys and they did nice work.

Project Coordinator - Graham was great. He made sure I was kept informed at every step of the way. When one minor mishap occurred with the wrong part being ordered, he made sure it was rectified immediately.

Installation

Installation - The contractors that Rose Remodeling used (Stonewood Construction) were professional and courteous, keeping us updated on their progress and leaving the site spotless before leaving each day.

I am not likely to recommend Rose Remodeling to a friend because I am not happy with them at all; they started my job 7 weeks ago and still haven't completed it to meet code, and they don't return or make phone calls.
