The fact that your project took twice as long as estimated, the wrong flooring materials were ordered, and Christian attempted to convince you to accept incorrect materials to stay on schedule is unacceptable.

The salesman Brian wrote up the wrong dimensions for the shower pan. I was told it would be 68 by 36. He changed it to 66 by 32 inches without pointing it out to me so I ended up with a smaller shower pan and a window sill that ended up to be 4 inches deeper than normal. I asked the final inspection person if the water valve could be adjusted to allow more water through and he said he would let me know. I have not heard from him. The light in the room comes on when I walk into the room but it cannot be adjusted to not do that.

I'm sorry Brian did not clearly communicate the dimension change from 68x36 to 66x32, resulting in the smaller shower pan and deeper window sill. I also apologize that you never received follow-up about the water valve adjustment and that there was no proper product walkthrough as promised.
While I'm glad our installer delivered quality workmanship on the shower installation itself, this does not excuse the measurement issues and communication breakdowns. Please contact Rose Remodeling - Sacramento directly so we can review your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution. You deserve better, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
