The first shower pan was squishy and had to be replaced. The shower wall was scratched. This was due to the lack of protective film during transport.

I love that my home is much warmer since my windows were installed, and I look forward to this summer knowing my home will hold the cool air inside from the southern heat.

Every timeline was met. Issac’s craftsmanship is outstanding. The personnel were all pleasant to deal with. I appreciated that the company regularly contacted me with status reports.

The only reason I gave a rating of nine is due to the ability of Chris Benjamin to allay most of my concerns. Also his grasp of customer service is what I expect of someone representing a company trying to get a potential customer to make a significant investment through the purchase of that companies product.
