They have never finished the job. We were told they would come back to finish what we were told would be done and haven't. When I call I about it I am told I will call you back in 10 mins and no one ever calls. This has happened multiple times.

Except work! I had storm windows installed and couldn’t be happier. Job was completed very professionally and installation was seamless. Highly recommend!

We are still waiting for screens in our front windows, and the person who came to do the final clean up could not clean the outsides of the windows because he had no ladder. There seems to be some poor communications between your subcontractors and your service team. But aside from that, we love the windows, - many compliments and one referred customer - and everything else has been smoothe.

Left stains on carpet in one room which I have not been able to ger rid of, left one window security system sensor inoperable, took three trips by five different people over two weeks to complete installation. As far as I can tell, the product appears to be as described and sold by the sales rep. Think I will be happy with the product even if the installation experience left something to be desired.

Everyone involved from sales to installation were very professional. The young men that did the installation were very considerate. They removed and put back window treatments, put up protective barriers to keep dust off appliances and furniture and cleaned up inside and outside after the window installation was done.

The windows have been nice to have. They have kept the heat down inside and have reduced the noise. The overall cost is outrageous, everyone knows the price is excessive but when you don’t know how to do installation on your own, this is what is expected. I was not told the type of window until it arrived on site. I thought the windows were made by/for FHIA. The other thing that I am still disappointed about is that I asked for the top window in my bathroom to be clear with the bottom frosted. The entire thing came frosted.

The salesman need to learn about the installation process and procedures.

I would highly recommend these windows to everyone. They are beautiful.
