The entire experience went very well.

Rendition was the only company we found that would help us with our emergency. We had a window fall out and every other compny we contacted wouldn't help us because it was only one window.

The windows are exorbitantly more expensive than any other provider we looked at. We chose Renuity (FHIA) because of the warranty. We were told the windows would be professionally installed to perfection. It looks like a junior high school shop class did the install. I found screws and broken glass for weeks outside in the grass where I walk, usually bare foot.

The installers were so very nice and polite. Was very careful cleaned up so nicely. Very professional and did an awesome job with the installation. Will definitely refer your company. It was amazing how meticulous they were.

I was very impressed with the head of the installation crew (William) and his supervisor (Sebastian). They did their best to explain the process and keep me abreast of each step. I have already recommended Renuity to one of my neighbors.

I think the new product by Kohler is outstanding. Feels good, wears good, and looks good. The installation was also good and everything was accomplished in one day.
