You sent Lucas out to see what was involved in the job and I was able to talk with him about my concerns and his. I WAS happy that he came back to be the installer verse sending a stranger to do the work Christan and Lucas worked together as a team that they new what they were doing.

The installers be more up front with the customers.

I had a carpenter ant issues which I understand the delay. It took over a month to complete. The Brushed Brass hardware that was sold, was not available and had to order. More issuse below.

No way that the 2 day was adequate to do this job! Disconnect between sales and actual scheduler of crew.

Very! The whole team and process was made very simple and everything was done in a very timely manner. They made sure we knew what was going on from start to finish. Would and did recommend already!

Patrick and John were courteous and polite. They did a wonderful job with my bathtubs. They explained every detail of the job and included me in steps when necessary.
They were efficient and worked non stop to complete both bathrooms in the same day.

Most people I know are on a FIXED INCOME Retirement such as myself and can't afford high price renovation. If you could get special lower pricing programs for Seniors for say 10k that might help.

The men were very friendly and took time to answer questions. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Completed product is beyond expectations. I will definitely use this company again

Expensive

You sent somebody out to measure (no one know who it was) he told me the shower will extend into the closet.
Then the day of installation the workers got all upset saying I am not going to go through the wall it is too much work. He carried on for a long time speaking on the phone to the project manager then the project manager would call me. This went on for awhile until it was decided they would order a new floor for the shower. The big thing is I felt I was too blame for the measurements and going into the closet. My friend came over and the worker told him to get "Your wife" with the program. This was a truly humiliating experience. Another thing was my sales person did not call me back this also broke my heart and another reason why I will never recommend.

Great communication. Everything went as planned and the kitchen is beautiful.

Training is needed

The entire process was seamless & easy to understand. The biggest effort I had to do was open the front door & show Johnny where we wanted it.
