I would not hesitate to recommend Renuity to family and friends. From my initial contact, meeting with my agent, pre installation check, to installation. I was provided a weekly update and status of my project. All employees have been friendly and courteous. Again, installers, Demetri and Lenoid were the best, and they did an excellent job.

I told two persons about it already. They like the door, but they said that is too expensive.

Overall experience was great. A tiny bit of add'l cleanup would've been appreciated but for a 1 person & 1 day job the project went awesomely. A tiny hiccup w/the final payment occurred as well but we were able to find a workaround after speaking w/the management team. Maybe some clarification between the sales department & installation department is warranted. (Was told there would not be a service fee to pay w/debit card (didn't have one with first installment payment) but after install we were being charged. Ended up having to pay w/an e-check to avoid the add'l charge.

Work completed is great. Took longer than promised but were pleased with the new windows and how they function and look.

Installation was very poor. Installers installed the windows properly but there were several issues including not cleaning up, and breaking tiles. The colored seal was not put in neatly. Very messy application, damaged stucco around the outside of home. Also, when we purchased the windows I was told paying with credit card was same as cash. Paid the final bill by credit card and was charged an additional fee. I have a dispute filed with my credit card company. I reached out to your company several times with no response. Also, communication on the installation was poor. We were originally told installation would be in Mid January because one of the windows was not in stock. Then were called the next day and told you were ready. We were told 1 day installation and it took 3 days plus the window was not in stock and couldn’t be completed until later. I should have waited for the original date as my wife was having surgery during this time.

Communication and response time is very important and I am pleased with both.

Quality product and install that met my expectations. Where issues or complications arose in the process, able to navigate with Staff to resolution. My home has 20+ windows and 2 sets of sliding doors so was a large job.

I would definitely recommend Renuity for its salesmanship, competence and beautiful workmanship.

My installer John was great. He informed me about everything that was going to happen while installing the materials. He's a very clean person. He even cleaned up nowhere there was little to no dust. I would give him a Big 10 on everything.

Great service. Sales were very informative. The window installers kept the house clean and were very courteous. Installation was right on schedule. Excellent product line of windows.
