Overall the installation was good however minor damages were done to my residence. The site manager did provide resolution.

The workmen were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

From start to finish we were kept informed. They were early for all appointments and did exactly what they said they would without us having to question anything.

Really disappoint. It took more than eight months for them to get my windows when they did. The person came over and measure it wrong .The person who came to measure the window made a mistake. Really poor communication.It is highly disappointing that the windows were delayed for over eight months. The initial measurement was inaccurate, resulting in a six-week wait for a replacement window after three measurements. This situation highlights the need for improved communication and accuracy in the window installation process.
