Once they were able to install, they got it done quick. The city is what took so long with the permitting process.

This was my third bathroom renovation by Renuity over the last 10 years. All of my bathrooms are beautiful and receive many compliments. The staff have been professional and very accommodating. I have enjoyed the whole process and I am now enjoying my bathrooms.

The doors are wonderful. I am happy with them. I have an issue with the lack of follow through. They didn’t remove the old sliding glass doors or the old door framing. It takes two hands for me to lock the doors. There was a language issue also. I only speak and they didn’t.

The whole experience,which can be stressful,was handled with care and respect. We would totally recommend this company for anyone looking to get their windows replaced.
