The quality of the cabinetry is spot on and beautiful.
The installing by Allyn and Elizabeth was excellent. They are perfectionists and very professional.
The only difficulty has been noted with communication between the operation team and the installation process. This in turn lead to communication flaws to us.

Good processes from Marketing to Sales to Engineering, to Project Management to Installation. Very well defined and seamless.

Very responsive and communicative. Unfortunately, two of the windows they were installing were measured incorrectly. They were quick to re-order and keep us posted on their progress. Their follow up is phenomenal. We are very pleased with the installation and cleanup.

The whole thing was almost painless. They got the permits, called every so often to update us, installed windows without a hitch. Minimum of dust because there was a square covering inside the house. Installers were efficient and polite.

The entire process went smoothly from the initial consultation to the final cleanup. Every step of the way was professional, efficient, and stress-free.. Very happy with how the work turned out!

False advertising and people that didn't speak English.

From initial contact with Renuity (formerly FHIA) at BJ's, to the in-home visit, to online and phone conversation, professionalism was paramount. We were kept fully informed through-out the process and advised of accurate lead times, setting realistic expectations. It all went flawlessly. Our questions were always answering quickly.

Honestly ~ Very overpriced maybe worth $10K but not $16k

FHIA had a good reputation so we went with Renuity since it was the same people.

I recommended the company to some of my friend but many shop for a better price.

The crew was on time and got right to work. They were very professional and did an amazing job in the installation. The only improvement that I would recommend is on the cleaning after they were done and better communication when they have to alter any previous structure. We had aluminum shudders previously and they cut off the all the bolts to one of the windows without considering to consult me first and I was present throughout the installation. I didn’t notice what they did until after they left. Additionally, the first crew I had about 3 months ago did a great job cleaning up all their mess after the install both outside and inside and explained to me any alterations done to the structure that was unavoidable during install.

Very professional, very friendly and they were so careful not to make a mess i mean they cleaned everything up when they were finished and my windows are beatiful my neighbors are all giving me thumbs up and said they live my new windows

Told me you were Jacuzzi. Also offered me a financial package supposedly one year no interest and no payment for a year because I knew that’s what Jacuzzi offered. Then when the job was done a financial institution called and said my interest started that day. Not giving me a chance to do a payment before paperwork came . I’m not happy with this at all!

Manager communicated with me through the whole process, waiting for the window to arrive, installation and final inspection. Workers left the area clean when finished working.

The change over created issues with timing. I also had communication issues with the young men who initially came to work the project.

The windows were installed faster than expected. The installers were very friendly. Any time we had a question, they were quick to respond and keep our confidence at a very high level. Even when I accidentally caused an opening in the caulking, the installer came out on a Saturday to correct it before the inspection.

I would really give them an 11 or 12 for their sales and service.
