First and foremost, the actual product of finish on my kitchen cabinets is disgusting and not worth 50% of what I paid- the only good part of this whole ordeal is the quality of work the installers did, absolutely excellent--- EXCELLENT WORK. LOUSY PRODUCT- you asked, I told you.

Our shower renovation was completed in a very professional manner. It was on time, on budget and the workmanship was superb. Our house was left very clean and the installers were wonderful!

Our entire experience with Renuity from our initial visit with Rob Batchelder has been great. We were kept apprised of every step from our HOA approval to scheduling to Team Renaldo doing a fantastic job installing our windows. I would absolutely recommend Renuity to any family, friend or stranger.

The job was done clean professional and on time

We would just recommend getting very prepared the day before they started. And be prepared to do a bit of clean up and touch ups after they leave. You will experience dust, marks on the floors and walls. All easy fixes. There is alot of in and out the door to their truck. They do most of the cutting to fit the walls outside but the fine tuning of course is do e inside.

Installation was quick! Product is outstanding!

Excellent work . Great communication from start to finish . Supervisor Dex was at the site everyday to make sure the work was completed on time . The workers were very experienced and communicated with me at every stage of the process. My opinion mattered and that was important to me .

The workers completed the project quickly without compromising the quality of their work.

Work was completed in a very timely manner even with the rain. They were also extremely competent and very easy to work we.

The salesman did his job, showing us the product, then the cost negotiation started. The first price was outrageous, the salesman started his deal making the cost drop, still to high it dropped again. We finally agreed on a price. Why not give the client the best price at the start instead of all that BS. We probably paid too much if we were willing to put more time in the price may have come down. We did like the product.

We are satisfied with the quality of the materials and the fit and finish of the workmanship of John and Antoine.

The team was knowledgeable, thorough and attended to every detail involved in the installation. John and Antoine were very personable, polite and listened to the two of us to ensure our complete satisfaction.

The windows are very nice. Turnaround time from order to installation was excellent. The installers were on time, careful about covering everything and leaving no mess. The job was finished in reasonable time and they were polite and efficient.

It was a good process, we did have one misunderstanding, which, after talking to someone was easily taken care of. I think that’s great since there will br problems when you’re doing something as complicated as as what they had to do for us and to be able to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction says a lot about this company.

I purchased a tub to shower conversion from Renuity Orlando. The installation was on 08/20/26-08/22/26. The Field Manager called to tell me the installers did not speak English, and I’d have to call him to communicate with them. Here are the problems encountered.
1. CONCRETE. Clearly shown on the permit and on the plan that we signed off on when we made the purchase, the shower drain was on the right. I wanted it this way, not only because the previous tub drain was on the right, but because I don't like stepping on the hole of a drain while I'm taking a shower, and with it on the right (near the shower wall), it would be out of the way. The lead installer called me in to explain that they only had a center drain pan. I told him it was supposed to be a drain on the right. He said, only center. I assumed this means that they didn't have a pan that has the drain on the right. I wasn't able to get a lot of detail because of the language barrier. We made a lot of hand movements and got basic wording down enough to communicate some. So, this meant that he cut 2.5 feet of my foundation away and dug down into the dirt to elongate the existing drain to match the center drain hole of the pan. There was no plastic dust barrier put up, or any other mitigating measure taken. White concrete powder coated everything in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room. Every item inside the drawers and cabinets were coated as well. We were unprepared for all the white powder inside. At the end of the day, their cleanup for all the dust and powder was them bringing in a blower and blowing the surface of the bathroom. Of course, this only caused the powder to become airborne again and resettle into new places.
I assume he poured concrete back into the hole to shore up the foundation, but he put the pan in over it the same day. There was no drying time for the concrete to cure. The field manager advised that he did not take pictures that would show that he filled with concrete. I will have no idea if it has cracked, settled, or separated from the foundation, or was even poured in the first place.
2. GARAGE. The bulk of the cutting of the Luxstone and drywall were done in the garage. Due to this, my entire garage had a layer of powder on everything in it.
Once installed on Friday, the Luxstone walls were cut in place in the bathroom to make room for the niches and for fitment. This again produced a layer of dust from the cutting, after we had spent hours the previous night cleaning the concrete dust. Again, no mitigation effort for that powder was made.
4. CAULK. The first day after installation, I noticed that a few areas on the caulk around the trim had turned a dark yellow/orange as moisture had been left under the caulk. I decided I did not want to have the installers back for the caulk and the adjustment of the shower door issues, as I wanted the job done right. They had their chance to do it right the first time.
I changed the seal on the shower door so it would fit against the wall and cut out the moisture damaged caulk and repaired it myself. Let than 10 days after install, the caulk/sealant between the ceiling and all of the shower walls had cracked and opened up. Again, I re-caulked myself.
I am very disappointed in the botched installation, mess, unknown effect on the foundation under the shower, drain in the center of the shower, and extra work I had to do to make repairs.
The company offered me $1,000 off the $20,000 job. They said it was due to them not making the shower pan in my size that has a drain on the right and the sales rep should have known. They said I should have let them come back and fix the caulking instead of doing it myself. I would not choose Renuity for installation, even if the Kohler product is good. I wish I would have purchased elsewhere.

They did a fantastic job. However after a couple weeks a problem developed. They sent folks to evaluate and repair the issue immediately. They stand behind their product.
