I like the fact that Renuity uses good quality materials. And I was leery at first, because this was a company I had never heard of and decided to take the chance and so far I have no regrets because they have stood by everything they promised.

Good communication, clean installation, so-so windows (what I could afford) and moderately expensive. On time very nice installation team. Installation supervisor Omar was on the ball.

Mi experiencia fue satisfactoria. Especialmente con el agents que me ayudo a preparar todo el tramite. Su profesionalidad hizo la diferencia de otras compañias.

It took over 2 months to complete the walk in tub. Drain handle wasn’t adjusted. Had to cal back to fix the drain handle. This should not have taken so long to complete. The installer seemed to know his craft but was delayed due to lacking of parts and sending him his missing parts in an empty box.

They arrived on time, they sectioned off their work area inside the house, plastic curtains hanging on three sides of their work area. They were enclosed while working on my window. That was great so that no dust or debris got on my furniture.

The staff, from salesperson to installers, is very professional. I like that they keep me informed throughout the process.

When the non English speaking workers came to install, there was a problem with the screen door closing properly.. it took me a lot of theatrics to get them to understand what I was saying.. also, the stucco was messy.. they needed to fix it after

The expertise of the installer

The install happened much sooner than promised. Their work was impeccable, even though there were a couple of surprises once the previous shower and toiler were removed. The installer, Lucas, worked tirelessly to get the job done.

Renuity kept me informed during the entire process. The installers were prompt, professional and polite! During and after the installation they kept everything clean! They even vacuumed and washed the windows!

You sent Lucas out to see what was involved in the job and I was able to talk with him about my concerns and his. I WAS happy that he came back to be the installer verse sending a stranger to do the work Christan and Lucas worked together as a team that they new what they were doing.

The installers be more up front with the customers.

I had a carpenter ant issues which I understand the delay. It took over a month to complete. The Brushed Brass hardware that was sold, was not available and had to order. More issuse below.
