When they put in the door they broke my cam. I called many times and no one called back finely got a return call was told that a check would be mailed that was over 2 months ago

The first door ordered came scratched. The replacement doors weatherstripping was installed incorrectly. The project manager has failed to communicate with us regarding replacing the weatherstripping after multiple phone calls and texts. I phoned the company directly to place an order for new weatherstripping and was told it would take 12 to 13 weeks to arrive and then I would be contacted for it to be installed. That many weeks seems a bit excessive just for weatherstripping so as of right now, I'm not confident that the door will be repaired. The replacement door was installed January 29, 2026, and it is now March 16th. The completion of this project won't be done until June. In my opinion for a simple fix, it is taking far too long to correct.

the product is excellent! the installers were great! the company itself has horrible customer service. They don't return calls and make it difficult to get in contact with and there seems to be a disconnect between the home office and the installers. when I would call and actually talk to someone they kept saying someone would be out to do the finishing on my window or garage door. I had a front door installed.

From start to finish they were all great. Pedro was a great leader. Hope the guys gave him the thank you card I gave them all. He was not there when they came out to finish the trim so I gave one to them to give him. I appreciated how professional and how they cleaned everything when done. Love my new slider.

The job has not been completed to my satisfaction

We are very happy with bathroom remodel experience. Competitive price, there was nohigh pressure sales pitch, they were able to do the installation earlier than originally scheduled, our installer was very professional and did a great job. We had our "new" bathroom walk in shower finished in a little less than 8 hours. We would highly recommend anyone to at least give Renuity a call.
