The folks who perform the work are very nice, and the workmanship is high quality when it's completed. Getting to the point of having work scheduled, signing agreements needed to start work or after work is completed, and even paying is a frustrating and slow process. Until they get better organized and have better communication skills, expect many phone calls and emails to try to coordinate things, and expect to be able to turn on a dime to "schedule" work with only a day or two of notice.

We had a previous experience with the same type of issues some years back. The company that did the work at that time, I would never recommend anyone to use that company. They did not do a very good job in any aspect. Rainbow did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Great job! They were persistent and stuck with the job to get it done. They did a lot of work with the insurance company and stayed on top of them so I didn't have to. It made it a lot easier for me to get things done.
