If you are tired of cleaning gutters we offer leaf guard solutions. We are the only authorized distributor of Flo-Free Leaf Guard Advanced All Season Gutter Protection system in the Central Florida area.

I had vinyl replacement windows installed three years ago in my 70 year old brick home. Could bad installation (shims?) be causing interior wood to pull away?

I dont really see any water damage. They could have by accident impacted the trim with the shims. Maybe send a pcture of the outside and that should tell us a little more

We live in a condo and cannot attach anything to the outside of the building. We would like a patio cover or retractable awning. Is there anyway to do this?

Unfortunately we do not do any type of awnings. What i would do is call the HOA and ask them what they allow back there.
