WE had our deck restained by a contractor that Polar hired. After less than 2 years it is scratched and discolored. I've tried to call their number but Verizon says the number has been disconnected, changed, or out of service? I tried to fax using their fax number on their card and no answer. I would like someone from Polar to come and take a look at our deck. I don't believe this is normal wear.

Polar Builders replaced all the roofs on my property in August 2019. Plus siding on one side of my house. I was leery of filing a claim since I often struggle with dealing with my insurance company. However, Grant worked through the process of identifying all the damage and working directly with me and the insurance company together to get the work fully covered. The process couldn't have gone smoother. The work was completed quickly and any issues that did arise were handled well. The crews who did the roofing and siding were excellent craftsmen. We had one area under the siding that needed some carpenter work. They worked very hard with my insurance company to ensure I was getting the proper materials. My insurance company was trying to give me lower quality materials and Polar Builders pushed through to ensure I was getting better or equal materials. I really appreciated that.

From my first contact with Brian Fridman, Polar Builder’s Field Representative, through the final project cost reconciliation with my insurance company’s Property Claims Representative and Jon Kellan, Polar Builders President, I felt I was working with a highly professional organization. Their Team was timely in their response to my questions and issues throughout the duration of the Project. Based on my experience as a practicing architect for over 35 years I was familiar with the roofing products proposed and installed. All was accomplished within my Insurance Adjusters estimate for the Cost of Work.

I have called and asked for the update and they keep telling me that I have no idea when we will continue the work. There was also another piece of the project that was the side door of my garage. The company told me they do not do doors but they would get back to me. The company still has not gotten back to me.
