Pillar Roofing and Construction

Pillar Roofing & Construction was established by me, Steve Monahan. My background involves some interesting careers which brought me to finally starting my own company. Early on I worked my way up in the service industry and learned what impeccable service is and how to give it. Next I worked in the engineering industry for 12 years. I learned the skills needed and just got tired of being inside all day. Show more

After that I started working for a company in the construction industry as a Project Manager, I had a lot of my customers tell me how unhappy they were with most of the contractors because of there overall lack of customer service. The service I was providing to my clients was making a difference, I knew that I could provide what the customers wanted and decided to start my very own construction company with great customer service, “right after talking to my boss” (the wife). Well, A few months later we started our own family owned & operated construction company in April of 2004 Pillar Roofing & Construction was established. Still going strong!

They were very professional and they went above and beyond by getting things done very quickly. They were also very courteous.

The workers who actually do the work are competent, professional, and courteous. The company suffers from lack of coordination and unresponsiveness to phone calls. It took much too long to get the work done. They had to be contacted by us many times rather than them contacting us.

About $3,500 -$4,000 trimmed out inside and out.
roof vents placed behind 4ft walls in finished attic dont do squat for ventilation. no place for soffit vents, siding is asbestos so gable vents too pricey.
