I haven't had any installment work done yet. Hopefully, work will be done within the next ten weeks.
The quality of the product is superior. There were some misses - not bringing a lock to install which I confimre4d was on the order. We still do not have for one of our locks - which we will have to handle which is a bit mind-numbing since we paid a premium for our two doors. Brad in sales was great, the install team was great...thinking just seemed to fall apart on the back-end.
My utility bill dropped by 35 percent the first month (in the winter)!

They had a great salesperson. He was wonderful. He explained everything really well. I felt really bad for him because he was exposed to covid. I'm still not sure if he actually got it. We received a letter that we were exposed to covid through him and that was nobody's fault. They did get the windows installed, and it went really well. They did great with the fact that we were doing renovations at the time. They worked really well with the general contractor. There's condensation about a quarter inch in size on the inside of the window, and from what I understand, that's not good. I sent an email on January 10th to Bobby Brinkhouse asking what his thoughts were. I thought maybe it was because we had a humidifier. I wasn't accusing anyone. I was just asking for his thoughts. I never heard back from anyone at the company. I was disappointed to say the least. I ended up going somewhere else for a future project.
We never had a project completed. There were consistent delays and poor communication. I did not get updates. It was too long for the order to come in with poor communication. There was poor communication within the company. The installers would show up the day of install and they did not know the materials were not delivered. No one had told them from Pella.
Everything went really good.
While expensive I plan to purchase other doors in the future.
We ordered in July and they weren't installed until mid-November. The payment has not been processed since I made the payment in November.
Areas Of Satisfaction - They met my expectation with the installation, once they did it, and they did a very fine job.
Slow response from salesman with questions, we had to call him back.
Value - They have not installed my windows yet. So, I really don't know.
Recognized Excellence - The installation team was really good.

The door is fine but their service stinks. It took months to get this done. Finally, a wonderful young man that just started got the job done.

Additional Comments - I haven't paid so far, and the sales representative hasn't come to collect the deposit so far. The products appear to be outstanding, although I haven't had any installed yet.
