Patrick Miller Construction was a referral from an acquaintance who had exterior work done. This company prides itself on customer service and transparency. I was kept abreast of the the timing of materials, delivery and project work the throughout the entire length of the project.

The company provided excellent workmanship and quality!

I might recommend them to a friend. Ultimately I think the work was done well, but there were several communication gaps and other issues that needed to be resolved. I was impressed with the urgency of the response when I pointed out problems, and everything was ultimately fixed. But ideally things would have gone more smoothly.

As a single, female homeowner, I need people like those working at Patrick Miller Construction on my team. I trust their workmanship and need their expertise to solve problems that occur in my now 28 year old home. The sales representative Billy was very attentive and patient. The request for service was last fall and we ran into a delay over the cold months. They were very prompt to pick up service once the weather was better.

I am just ecstatic with the work they did. They came in the initial day they started, knocked on the door and let me know they would be bringing XYZ in and to let me know they were out there. They cleaned up behind themselves each day and they even had an instrument that they used to clean up the nails in the grass. I loved that! They had to leave some materials and they left them in a nice, organized way. They did a very good job on the last day organizing and putting everything where it needed to be. There were a couple of days it rained and they kept at it since it was not a hard rain. I was very impressed with them. I have had a lot of jobs done and I have to admit they rate the gold star.

I thought that overall the quality of work was acceptable. However, from start to finish the project was fraught with communication errors, and in some cases unauthorized work was done that had to be renegotiated in at the end of the contract.

They were very detail oriented and concerned about good quality. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. They were very pleasant to deal with.

Both Ron and Ben were wonderful men to work with, and I was so lucky and thankful for their kindness and friendship too. I've never had to deal with a problem like this (I'm a recent widow), and I felt they went the extra step in helping me through what I didn't understand. They both put on some work clothes and came out at the end of their work day, to remove the branches that had come down in the storm, because no one was available at that time. How often does this happen? They are good men..

The pros at Miller solved several complex issues in our construction project. Surprises always arise, and they were very creative in solving them. The workmanship was TOP NOTCH! The attention to details was very impressive.

I worked with Patrick Miller Construction on two projects. The first project was for a drywall remodel and gutter installation. We had estimated a 2-week wait period and then 3 days of work combined for the two tasks. Three weeks after initial payment, the drywall task was done. Three weeks after that (6 weeks after initial payment) I received a call asking if I would like to bundle a roof re-shingling with my gutters. I declined, stating that I had paid for the gutters over a month previous, and they still weren’t completed. Then PM came out to complete the agreed upon work. The work was done well and I had no complaints about the job they did, apart from the timeline that slipped to almost 4x the initial estimates.A few months later a hailstorm came through, and our roof/gutters had sustained enough damage to qualify for replacement. We contacted PMiller again, figuring that we would make sure to work with our original gutter installers to ensure that we had matching pipes installed. Alan was quick to schedule the inspection and work. The work was done and cleaned up in just a couple of days, but we had to call them back out twice more. The first time was because they had left crowbar marks and unsealed/unpainted painted nail holes on the pieces of siding they removed to install flashing. The second time was because we noticed that they had in fact NOT used matching gutter piping for our replacement pieces, and we had to get that fixed.Overall, they seemed very responsive when I reached out to them. We have had a hit-or-miss experience both with their scheduling and their quality, though.
