We knew so many couples in Seattle that had to clean on top of their busy schedules, and didn't have a reliable, high quality maid to turn to. Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?
