Novus Exteriors was excellent to work with throughout the process of our home remodel and addition. The quality of the work really stood out, and any issues that did arise were resolved in a timely manner and at no additional cost. The project manager had good design sense and gave good design feedback. He took care of our home really well, as if it were his own. They were reasonably priced and fair with any changes that arose with the project.

Novus provided high quality materials and service excellence to the job site. They are focused on customer satisfaction during and after the project period. Erik and the team were open to direct customer involvement on the job site which is rare in this industry. Morning meetings and regular progress reports are the standard practice. The job site was always clean and organized by a focused staff. I look forward to the next opportunity to work with them.

Novus Exteriors completed a complete residing and trim replacement on our house. They are extremely knowledgeable in the installation of Hardi-board and far outshone the 4 other quotes we received for the job in terms of specific information for our project. The crew that did the day to day work were hard working and conscientious -leaving the worksite cleaned up each day. They and their supervisor were also responsive to any questions/concerns I had as the job progressed. I cannot recommend them any more strongly-best contractor experience in years!!

When they say something will be done, it is done. They clean up the work site every single day to look better than when they arrived. From the top employee down to the construction crew I have never worked with a more honest and trusting group of contractors! They come everyday( except in rain) no matter what, even in the 98 degrees weather. They are amazing, dedicated group of workers! They truly care about the customer and their happiness! The quality of their work is above superior! I trust them implicitly. I will utilize them always for their expertise and honesty in any project that I will need to do in the future!

Professional from the beginning, in meeting with Marcello. He first came in, and knew exactly what we were looking for. He presented us with options from a to z. He did not leave any room for us to ask questions. He gave us all the answers. He had pictures of our home, and slide presentations. He was very organized. He did not come in asking questions.
