I was satisfied with the speed which they came out and did the estimate and took the order and turned it around in probably half the time they said it would take to get everything together for installation. It didn't take the 2 days. The young man did a great job, very personable, neat, clean and job site looked great when he finished everything. They fulfilled all promises and we'll see how the product holds up and see how the warranty stands up as we go along.
The people we came into personal contact with. The salesperson Terry was very personable. He did a good job measuring. He presented the product well and found the product to suit our needs. The installer worked hard and got everything squared away and cleaned up.
