They were also very flexible when unforeseen circumstances required some additional work. The crew was the hardest working (daylight to dark) we have ever seen, and fun to interact with. Clean up was spotless and the roof is beautiful. Great company!

Sales reps weren’t pushy at all, no shady tactics like other companies. They actually listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and worked with me on both what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The whole thing moved forward without wasting time.

The inspection prior to making an estimate was very thorough and identified some issues other companies did not, giving me options on whether I wanted to address now or not. The communication prior to the installation was very good and the installation was handled quickly and professionally. While they were not my lowest bid, I am extremely happy with the work that was done and know that I will have peace of mind related to my roof for many years to come.

The recommendations for materials and changes to the prior roof design were explained and all questions were answered. The process and timeline,( expectation and procedure), was clearly explained. The actual work was completed in a very timely fashion and "clean-up" of the site was inspected thoroughly.

All of them came out and did inspections and reported in detail. Some came more than once. Going in, I knew Neighborhood to be an exceptional company from my neighbors' experiences. From my initial contact with office staff member Cabrina, I knew I would not be disappointed. All personnel I dealt with were friendly, informative, made several suggestions for options, and were obviously expert in their area. Part of my house has a lower than normal slope and product that would be the most effective was suggested. The scheduling was efficient and the actual job completed in amazing time.
