The sales presentation was extremely thorough explaining the products and all aspects of what the project would entail. The pre-project information meeting involved double revised with me the details of the project and explained what could be expected during the project. I was kept informed during the actual work of any additional areas of concern and was kept up to date with how the job was progressing. Finally the follow up walk through was very thorough. Overall my roofing experience was better than I expected!
