Abjectly poor customer service, in general, though not for my family's experience specifically. Good products and people, mostly reasonable pricing. Mostly reliable work. Too transactional, not enough warmth. ... I would grudgingly recommend them as an employer for certain types of sales professionals and managers. I had a profitable experience with them over 15 years, but benefits are negligible and perks are based on ancient pay/bonus call center structures and models. If you are talented and can do better, than do better and work elsewhere. If you are desperate for a job, or just out of a halfway house or some form of incarceration, it is a good fit. Disclosure: I am a former employee and 1099 contractor with the company. I was not hired out of a halfway house or form of incarceration. The Transnational siding crew and their workmanship was superior. We were 100% satisfied with the Hardie fiber cement and wood siding that Transnational installed for us. Excellent workmanship and very responsive to our requests. Omar Lopez was an outstanding crew foreman, very conscientious and polite. This was the only company we found that was willing to finish work we had started DIY. They were also the only company we could find that was willing to install exotic shiplap Tigerwood siding we had purchased from an online lumber distributor. Results were fabulous and helped us sell our home for top dollar. However, the entire window installation process was a nightmare. Quality was poor and the crew was disrespectful. They left a terrible mess for me to clean up. The yellow spray foam they put around the window was all over my interior white window trim, much of which I was never able to clean off. They installed the sliding patio door with a piece of metal flashing material under it. In the wintertime the cold outside temperature immediately transferred through this metal flashing to the interior, causing ice to build up on the tile floor. What kind of a technique is that?? Terrible experience on the window install!
Transnational has provided quality service twice for our family over the last 10 years -- our first experience with them is why we called them back for our next major project!
