He would not give me an answer on how the problem could be repaired instead of replaced. His answer was "you can fiddle with it all you want for hours but I an going to replace it." This is after being told on the phone it was covered under warentee. I paid almost $400.

I want to update my front entrance portico. I am having trouble in finding the round balusters that would enrich the appearance of this project.
