Once the order was placed, I found it difficult to get a response from the person I needed to communicate with about installation. Did not respond to texts or messages.
It was fine. He forgot to order 2 windows. When they came, we had to wait a few weeks to get the missing one, but it was fine.
Unfortunately, when the products first arrived ready to install, Paul the installernoticed that we had received a door that opened the wrong way. It was returned. When the new door arrived the handles were in the wrong colour.On the third attempt everything worked out. - The whole process was a little disappointing.
Installer Paul Offredi provided excellent service and workmanship, especially on the extra work involved with the custom work to accomodate the existing interior framing and exterior threshold. He was very considerate and clean. As one door screen was mistakenly not delivered by Marvin, Paul picked up the screen at the Marvin warehouse and delivered it directly in order to avoid any delay. He was also very helpful in dealing with the painter after installation. I would highly recommend him.
Very high quality windows and professional service. I will continue to use Marvin in the future.
Great window! More expensive than others but the difference is obvious. Very pleased with it. Now looking at Marvin doors!

We are desappointed with the windows overall performance and they made our windows too small.
They did a really professional job in a really timely matter. It was beyond what I expected for the product in the end. I was very happy and I would highly recommend them.

Generally a good quality product. One window arrived with a small crack in the frame. Marvin replaced the frame without question but it took over 5 weeks to get it. Our builder was delayed and had to leave the site and return later. There are small gaps at the top in the seals on all 4 sliders that Marvin is yet to inspect but I remain hopeful that will be addressed. This is the third time we have windows from Marvin. The two previous times it was perfect. A bit disappointed this time.
Replacing old windows with triple glazed glass to keep out noise and keep in heat.
Installed LaFlamme windows from Home Hardware and had to have them all removed as the windows leaked water due to the sash seal being felt only. Replaced with Marvin and no comparison, their construction is so superior. You get what you pay for. Elliot Barton on sales is great and upon visit, his attention to detail is obvious. On the service side (change item), Jay Bhansingh is not the quickest to get back to you, you need to email him or call him several times to eventually speak with him and if he is tasked with a follow-up action item, you will need to take it upon yourself to email/call him several times to get your answer. Other than service, Marvin product is second to none in my opinion. Sales is great and Mary is a great backstop at head office in Toronto if you need help. M.

Excellent professional installation by Bosscher Custom Carpentry Burlington.
Although the Marvin product itself is a great product the process from ordering to delivery was totally unacceptable. The wrong windows were ordered not just once, but twice. When the correct windows were finally delivered, the brand new window frames were scratched, chipped and no one took responsibility. Extremely disappointing. Next reno we will use another company.
I think the window is fine but the finishing does not meet my standard of a premium window.
The advisor was completely unprofessional. I was ignored for the majority of the process, and I was delivered a faulty product.
My issues have yet to be resolved.
If I put in anymore windows, it will definitely be Marvin Windows.
Windows but not installers
Our Windows are beautiful. Just need to see them cleaned before we move in. Pretty sure they will sparkle. I love how they sound when I open and close the doors and the sliding doors.
