Everything was as explained. A bit on the high end for price, but not unreasonable. If the shingles are as good as described, it’s worth the price. Installation was very smooth and happened in one day…Stripped and installed. Very hard working installers and cleanup girl. I only found two nails that were missed from a 2300 square foot roof. So far, I’m very satisfied. The roof looks great! The salesman was knowledgeable, polite, respectful, friendly, and answered all our questions. No pressure tactics! I should never have to worry about the roof again. A 50 year warranty will outlive me for sure…and it’s transferable. Thank you Long Home!

Overall a decent experience. There were some minor scheduling complications. Price was above what I expected to pay, but decided to move forward because of previous good experience with Long and apparent quality of the materials for the roof.

Your crew really need better communication between the seller and the workers and the man in between because the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand doing

Horrible communication before project began. They did not take the steps necessary to make sure things were kosher beforehand. They kept asking me questions to things they should have had the answers to. I was told certain things (like they were going to put in a fan in the bathroom) that did not come to fruition. After not even two weeks the silicone sealant is loosening. There are a couple nicks in the tub that probably happened when the guys working in the bathroom dropped things a couple times. After close inspection of the tub, the shower head pipe, faucet, and knob are all crooked. Not horribly but it's noticeable when you are in there. On the outside visually it all appears perfect but with further inspection the details matter. I give it a 2/5

It's been two weeks one of my toilets still doesn't work I still don't have my permanent shower rod my cabinet is still off my wall my electrical outlet still doesn't have a cover my other toilet lid still doesn't fit

It took much longer than we were told it would. We were told 6-12 weeks…actually took 17weeks. They started the project at 9:30 in the morning and didn’t finish until 12:20AM the next day! We had jobs to go the next day! Then…the right side of our shower is missing the finishing edge and looks sloppy. Was told it would take another 5 weeks before that would be finished.

My shower rod seems to be to low. All the shower curtains hang on the floor about an inch

The sales consultant, Eric Young, proved to be unreliable and dishonest. The job cost more than I bargained for because of his ineptitude and dishonesty.
