We did a new roof and a bathroom remodel. We could not be happier the roof looks incredible and was done so efficiently and neat should last for 50 years. My wife is so thrilled with the bathroom I can’t get her out of it. Long did a beautiful job very professional courteous and pleasant.

My project was poorly managed. The Project Manager who was assigned to my bathroom remodel stated that he did not know he was assigned. On the scheduled day, the team lead stated that I could not leave my house during the 4 hr installation even though I told him I would be only ten minutes away. I then asked him if they would be able to hang a simple bathroom wall cabinet which I requested as part of order. Later when the Project Manager contacted me, he said I should just wave some money at him. Also, it was a very cold day and as the team brought their materials back and forth from the back yard they kept leaving the back door wide open resulting in cold air coming in. When I think of spending 3 hours with your sales team showing power point slides how top shelf Long Home is, your service did not match what was shown to me. Disappointed.

Long Home Roofing is the most amazing company! Their Customer service is top notch, and everyone we worked with went above and beyond to help us!

The person with Long Home came in to get the contract signed and did not follow up. I had to keep calling for almost a month to get any information and it took 4 months to get approval and everything to install our window and sliding door. The install took the whole day and they kind of cleaned up. We are still finding scratches and scrapes. It took longer than expected. I am happy it is done and do not want anything more than just to be done. The process was not smooth, and I had to do much more than I was told. It was not easy and was quite difficult. We were referred by our neighbor and once the process started, we did not have a good experience. I would say if someone else goes with Long Home air on the side of caution. They may have a better experience, but they need to know they need to be more involved and keep on top of things.

The Long Home team was so professional from start to finish! We had a great experience with our sales rep, scheduler and installation team members! Outstanding job!

From the very beginning I received great customer service! From the Drew, the sales rep, to Mocha the administrator who walk me as well through the whole process, and as well the roofers who did the job, efficient and respectful! Thank you!

Overall, I was pleased with the installation of my 2 bathrooms. It took a while to get installation scheduled, and communication with the installers was challenging due to the language barrier. I am a patient person and don't get too upset about delays and small problems, but unfortunately a lot of people like to complain about the smallest things and would probably say mean and nasty things just because they can. In the end, I am happy with the quality of the product, and I would recommend the company. However, the emails, texts, voicemails, etc. to fill out this survey after the fact have been a bit aggressive and annoying. I would recommend easing up on them.

Did a good job, but I felt it was more expensive then it should have been given time it took to complete.

I was planning to give you two stars but decided to add a third one since the shower looks great. I felt the whole ordeal was frustrating and inconvenience when the installation was supposed to be a one-day installation. Please see communication section.

An extremely unhappy experience

There were seven problems with my install and they had to make multiple trips out at one point I asked to be connected with a manager Wayne Chapin who never responded back to any of my messages during the process. Faucet in bathroom still has weird spray leak which I will need to address now as well since wasn't put in correctly

His name is Jason. He doesn't really know how to take care and clean up, which was very disappointing. He actually burned my linoleum in three spots on the floor.

I am very happy with my shower, but the floor is less than desirable.

The sales team provided a thorough overview of offerings and helped with options for financing. Scheduling of the bathroom remodel occurred weeks before I expected. The installation team took care to cover areas where they would be walking and plastic covers of furniture for dust. On install day the installation lead reviewed work to be completed prior to starting with checklist. All ordered items were correct. It was truly amazing how quickly the demolishing, plumbing and insulation of new bathroom was completed. There was a water test and a few other little details where I was asked to engage during the day but it was part of their well thought out procedures to deliver quality products. A project manager or customer engagement person came to the house to check with me and assure I was happy and the crew was not running into unexpected issues. That was unexpected and I appreciated it very much. At the end of the day, I had a beautiful new bathroom.

We are pleased with the product, but it was a little pricey.

Although, we are pleased with the final bathroom shower and vanity, the journey to this project’s completion was quite frustrating to say the least! The timeframe took much longer than what had been expected with several hiccups along the way. From start to finish it took a better part of 6 months!

It was an experience at times. I think some things could have been done better. A four man job done by two was hurried.

It was supposed to be a one-day job, and it took eleven weeks to finish. There were problems with the installers. It still doesn't look nice. There was one piece of marble that wasn't done right. We had to wait forever. They put a line and clear silicone over the lines on my wall.

I would 100% NOT recommend Long Home due to the inability to communicate with me. I was assigned a project manager, Maria that did not reach out to me at all despite numerous calls on my part, it was only after speaking to the plumber (Glenn, who was excellent and not his job but took on the communication piece). Glenn shared I should reach out to the project manager, Brandon, which I did and he was mostly communicative but there were no check ins, mostly no responses to calls despite my many calls. Overall, it was unproffesional and not good communication.

Long was great throughout our entire roofing and gutter project! Our consultant was thorough and clear about the value and price. The team and project manager communicated regularly and clearly throughout the project, and the installation crew was professional and fast.

The individual that came told me the steps he would do and worked late because he was the only one that came out of the two people that were supposed to, and he stayed to complete the job in order for me to keep my plans I had the next day.

I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with Long Home. From start to finish every detail has been handled quickly and professionally. Right from the initial contact with the sales representative through all the steps of the installation every single step has been done at a high level of detail and care. I was kept well informed by both the project manager and by calls from the home office. It is sad in this day and age to need to offer high praise and gratitude to a company that does what it says it will do without question, but there are so many that don’t. What a pleasure to find one that does!!

It's been almost 90 days since the install and things still haven't been fixed yet.

Spent $21,000.00 on a nightmare and I had to fix the drain cover myself

The project was the installation of a roof and replacement of 3 skylights. The install crew was outstanding and we till would recommend them for that. Navigating the multiple layers of the organization which seemed, while always professional and courteous, disorganized and sometimes uniformed was challenging. While 95% of the work is done at 7 weeks out we are still awaiting for the install of the skylight shades.
