The men who installed the shower were excellent and very friendly

Polite, on time

2 people working 8 hrs… even if paid $100 per hour each, is less than 2k…. That means that the materials for the job cost us over $9000!….that, in my opinion,is way out of line…the workers did a good job but I would not recommend to anyone

Veronica and Julia Swan discussed every little detail on how the project would go and it went better than expected, they were awesome

From the start ur represitives were gentle men walked us through all the nessartparts os the construction of our roof
The workers were great finished the job in one day and most of all the young lady worked as hard as the men
Clean up was top shelf
The only thing was when it comes to financing it’s hard to follow the paper work
But overall it was a great job

Overpriced

I was told that when the roof was put on the house it would be 1 long day with 2 crews. It took 3 days to do the house with it raining on day 2 and 3 and they just continued to put the roof on. Very concerned that this roof won’t last.

Long home provided a beautiful product and was excellent in every area.

The customer service team was great. Shawndel came out and broke it down with how it would be done. He listened to my options and what I wanted. The team came and they were courteous of my time. They checked in throughout the day. They went to lunch at the same time as me and I felt very comfortable having them stay there. They continued to work after lunch. The process was gerat. They showed me afterwards. They cleaned everything up and I am really happy with the overall product.

We had originally scheduled for walk in shower and replacement sink top. After we placed order and gave deposit we were told that Long could not do sink top. Also one shower door is not aligned properly

I have building experience,I no what to look for when applying a shingled roof. periodically I would check on the project and take a couple of photos,observing the progress and work.I was pleased with the workmanship . They did a good job 👍

So many ways was disappointed. I feel like the vanity and mirror were not the ones I saw in the brochure the night of the presentation. We wanted to have the sales rep call us - he never did to this day.

There seemed to be an internal lack of communication in the Long organization from the sales rep all the way through to the onsite installers.

The Long Home team of professionals were excellent in their presentation. Both Steve and Rob knew the product well and by the time we had finished with the consultation we had a picture of what the completed shower would look like, how much it would cost and a timeframe as to when the job would be completed. When the day arrived for installation the installers were on time and finished by 5:00. Everything was exceptional. They left everything as neet and clean as they found it.

The guys that did the work with Long Home were very good. The salesman did tell me they did not use subs for their work, and I was then later told they were subs. They did a fine job, and I have no complaints, but I was mislead.

After everything was done one day i was looking down my hallway and noticed when they installed the pluming they drilled into the hallway wall i have to sand it and repaint.

The salesman who came to my house quit. They fired the guys who installed the shower. The handrails were not the ones we selected, and the shower rod was installed incorrectly. It is too far into the shower. We lost space instead of gaining space in our shower.

The communication getting everything set up was excellent. The roofers arrived on the day and the time they were scheduled. They were very professional, kept us in the loop of what was going on. they cleaned everything up, including all the nails, which I definitely appreciated as I have a dog. Everything went smoothly from start to finishI would definitely recommend Long home and will keep them in mind for future projects.
