Be more transparent with your prices; show the customer what they are paying for itemized. Stop lying..

The truth should be the truth and it's not.

The communications between the office and me were poor. I received a message yesterday stating the materials were still on oder although the project was finished weeks ago. The workmanship appears good, but not impressed with the communications. There numerous other communication issues along the was as well.

The quality of the material used seems to be real good and I would recommend the product but these people involved I would not recommend the crew. Did a good cleanup after work was done but very little communication with me. I purchased a shower curtain rod that was a screw to tighten but they used one that came with the shower in doing so they cut a half circle out of the corner trim, so the curtain rod could fit into and put screws into the side panels. I did not intend to keep the rod up as I had another contractor install shower doors. I called the salesman and he just advised me to call someone else that person was mike I believe and he told me that he would send an installer out to replace the corner trim piece. I have not heard back from him and I have no decided not to replace the trim piece as I think it could damage the glass shower doors so during the first meeting the salesman spent too much time talking about competitors and what a good company long home was so to sum up. I would not recommend the company although the product which was manufactured by a different company. I find to be very good. I know I overpaid for the work, but that was my call and as I learned once the salesman makes the sale he is done! And reporting a problem and concern there was no follow up. There was no need to cut a half Circle in the corner trim. They could’ve just simply moved it 1 inch and there was no need to cut. The height of the curtain rod was too low in the shower curtain laid on the floor so so most all these companies start at an outrageous price of $20,000 plus which you could purchase the materials at Home Depot for around four or $5000

I am absolutely likely to recommend Long Home to a friend. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Every single question is five stars. They came, were excellent, did a great job, were very professional, and did not take breaks or fool around or talk. They took a lunch break, and they left before 8 p.m. at night. They did a fantastic job. I did not find a single nail in my driveway. I have recommended Long Home, and I want people to know how great they are.

The workmen who came, Harry and Juan, were very efficient in the installation of the shower. They knew exactly what they were doing, and rapidly did it. They took out the old and put in the new in less than a day's time. They worked until dark, but were so thorough in the cleanup, not damaging the house. I was amazed. I could not be more pleased with what they did, and the new shower is just great!

The entire process was very good from beginning to the end. The two young men that did the work, cleaned up after themselves, and I loved the whole process.

Overall, I would refer Long Home to a friend because of their cooperation, their friendliness, as well as their punctuality.

I was well informed about the start date. One day in advance, the material was delivered. The next day workers came early in the morning at 7 am and left in the evening. The supervisor was there while the work was done. I received a call from the supervisor, and the project manager came by to make sure everything was done correctly.

The company was very professional and helpful with everything they did.

Long home is the best professionals I ever worked with, they have thoroughly planned for the project, almost accurate to every piece of wood needed for replacing my old trims and wrapping them with aluminum. Work is beautifully done, my 160 years old house looks fantastic after the repair. It makes me speechless!

Clear communication and quality materials.

Several of my neighbors sent me pictures as the team started in on the project. We lost count of how many Long workers were on site. There is no way a local outfit would have been able to compete—they would have paused the project and moved on to another one. I am extremely happy that I went with Long rather than a local roofer.

BLUF: I would somewhat recommend this company. The shower replacement was very expensive even though our bathroom was 5x8 and the shower was even smaller! LoL The materials seem good, but isn't there a glass door that costs less than $3000??? A shower curtain for a standing shower is ridiculous and the water never stays in the shower, but how is there no option for a less expensive shower door?!
Every employee I spoke to was awesome and wonderful, unfortunately it always comes down to price and frankly I wouldn't recommend this company to most people unless they have extra money to burn.

I dont know to start, i had to argue with the window installer, i paid for15 windows only recieved 14 and the other is just up in the air. I've been asking for a reciept for a week now and still haven't received one. Yet, before i handed over my check i could reach out to whomever for a speedy reply!

Long Home has been very easy to deal with. The installers were very good to deal with. They were very professional and did good work.

They did a great job. There were some things that happened on both sides—my side and their side. I would say Dave Smith and Jerry were professional and excellent with their knowledge of Long Home products. But I had to wait, you know, and it was a long process.

I need the project manager or upper management to call me. Please see item 5. The problem regarding ceiling leakage appeared shortly after my call with the project manager after the job was "finished."

I was very happy with the work done on the roof, but the thought the price as high. that was the only think i really didn't like

We were told you like to underpromise and overdeliver, but that message has not been shared with the whole team. We were disappointed that the install lasted until 7pm (although grateful that the team didn't leave until the job was done!), and that communication with our PM often resulted in him saying "yes" when he didn't actually know the answer. We would have preferred honest communication followed-up with later answers, rather than immediate but incorrect responses.
Ultimately, we're happy with the product we received, but for a company that prides itself on its customer service, there is still room for improvement.

Lots of drama with this project, delays, lack of effective communication, mistakes that cost time and money on my end to get them corrected and my house back to normal.

Very professional people I dealt with. Answered all questions and worked around my plans

They finished the project in two days except for a medicine cabinet. Everything was done and all was cleaned up.

Everyone was easy to deal with, easy to contact, quick to respond to calls and prompt to address issues.
Bathroom renovations were done within budget and within the timeframe projected.
That has not always been our experience with other contractors

From the very 1st day everyone on my team they explained everything from the beginning to the end. When I called them they always answered and talked like a human not a robot. They got me to trust them and it wasn’t hard they made it easy. The company cares about their co workers and they treat people like people not a number. In these times when things are so different it’s nice to see a company who cares about people, products and warranties. Anything wise you need to know just call me. Thank You!

The whole thing started out with the salesman . I could see through pictures that the toilet he was ordering which was the one I wanted would not fit. He kept telling me they could take care of that as he said he had me. Once the work was being done Beano the contractor ( the only positive of the ordeal). Said he couldn’t finish because he didn’t have enough flooring due to the measurements being off( measured by salesman). Also did not have handheld shower that I ordered. Next visit project manager came. Said toilet would not fit needed to get shorter toilet. I said unacceptable this what I wanted and was told I could have it. They came up with a plan that ultimately did not work. Also did not bring the handheld shower took over 2 hours to get the part as I had to wait around all day once again. This was supposed to be to be a one day install. Toilet still didn’t fit. 2 days later the project manager calls and starts the conversation with so the toilet fits. Which was a lie and told him that it did not. That I was still not happy. He informed me there was nothing else they could do for me. I said was not happy and would not sign off. He then made the comment he would have to turn over to legal. So instead of trying to work with me he quickly went to going to court over it. Which I would have happily done. I had the shower they couldn’t take that back, but instead I came up with a solution. It was something I had mentioned a few times to cut the shelf and put molding around the counter. I had said this before but no one listened. All of a sudden he says I’ll call you right back. When he called he said they would do that. He asked if that would make me happy. I said as long as the molding was a close match to my counter and it looked good then yes I would be happy. The work was done I was satisfied and signed off. As I have said I am happy with the work and the shower. I am not happy with the company or its employees that I dealt with.

Long Home installers damaged by home and when I contacted they, them said that they were not at fault and would not repair the hole on the outside of the home that was left when they removed the plumbing. It took several phone calls to get a response. I inturned contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Still no contact from Long Home.

They did a great job. Of course. I will highly recommend.
