The contractor went beyond the contract. For example, when they put the shower walls against the flooring, they noticed that they were nail pops. They spaklered the nail pops and the walls in the entire bathroom ceiling!

The completion of the tub installment and the individual who performed the services. Matt, was very detailed with showing us each step process from start to finish, which was very helpful for our better understanding of what was going on. His workmanship was excellent and his Customer Service skills were outstanding.

I was very happy with the crew,the first thing they did was to make sure the floors were covered, and everything that had to be covered was covered. I don’t think the guys ever took a break from the timing got here till the time they left.

The shower looks good. But as I start cleaning I notice chips on my tile floor, a long deep cracked flies and my toilet is also cracked. None of these were brought to my attention and now I understand too bad so sad your company won't fix

As we overall like the result, the steps to get there were painful we would warn anyone that the installation process may not go as planned, especially when the person that took everything apart was not there for the reinstallation. And when he did show back up, some items were removed and reinstalled to correct installation issues.

Pleased with new shower

Took weeks to fix a simple problem. But the rest of the work was good. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. Price was good. Would recommend!

I’m waiting for your representative to call me back since Wednesday. I let David know that I am not satisfied with my new shower install. Material seems very cheap and outdated. There is only 1 large shower head and no hand held shower hose ( making it difficult to wash feet and hair, difficulty controlling water temperature), Vanity is cheap and faucet outdated, looks nothing like sample salesman showed! I’m not satisfied!! The floor squeaks, new floor was put on top of old floor without removing old tiles!!

The installers were here at 8am , as promised. They proceded to cover the stairs and areas where they might walk.
They started working and finished around 5pm. The job was done to my satisfaction and the cleanup was fantastic.

You did not address my disability. I cannot reach the hand shower and I question why the worker suggested that he did not install the third safety bar.

My guys who installed my shower, flooring, etc were excellent, very polite, and eager to please. Hats off to Matt and son Domonic, and the other Matt. Kate made daily visits to check on project, very helpful.

It all went very smoothly.

I do not care for the nozzle being one piece and i do not like the pressure. It’s not nearly as strong as it was.

In all respects, Long Home did a comprehensive and professional job, and did it at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The team that handled my installation, all of them were just great. They were in constant communication and available when necessary if I had any questions. The installer was very polite and he and his assistant were neat and pleasant and did a great job. Great attention to detail.

Installation was well done

The price was too high for the quality and workmanship. I was supposed to get a discount that I never got and paid over 37,000 dollars for a shower and tub. They are coming back tomorrow to put in the toilet that they left in the middle of my closed in lanai. The toilet was not in the box. I expect to be calling you in a short time as the dry wall behind the area the shower door was attached to is rotton and was not replaced so may not hold up for long. I met with the project manager and was told "shifting can happen when the bath walls are put in and that is in the contract".

The team arrived as scheduled and on time, and worked diligently until the job was satisfactorily completed.
