After trouble in the beginning of the project Long rebounded and executed flawlessly. The National Sales Director was excellent in getting this project back on track. Chris Capone and Heather were amazing. Heather went above abd beyond to make my new shower install a success. The master plumber and the demo/install team led by Bruno did an awesome job.

This walk-in shower required professional workmanship. When the glass sliding door was opened by a few inches - the water still ran into the tub. Some family members knew "Someone" who could do the work. I'm so glad a licensed, bonded, AAA rated Company do it. They stand behind their work, and nothing needs to be corrected. The whole install was a botched joke

Came on time. They were very polite and professional. They picked up afterwards. They answered questions we asked.

We waited a long time for materials but we were able to have everything installed in 2 days once they came in. Joseph did an amazing job and the shower is gorgeous.

Everyone from sales to installation were great to work with. Installation crew was very neat and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. We love our new tub and shower. It’s great to have new pipes that actually drain and don’t leak!!
