Everything went smoothly

Timeline, orderly manner while completing the job. The Team were very professional.

The crew did a great job with the install...I was disappointed with the clean up in the basement , debris was left behind and not cleaned up !

Matt and his co-workers were all very nice and polite. Showed me work being done at every step.

They were timely and professional. Feel like I got a good value for what I paid.

Installers were friendly, hard working, showing me stages of installation for opinion. Never knew they were her, left no mess , thought I would have a mess of dust but you couldn't event tell that construction went on. Very pleased with everything.

The cost was higher than I originally budgeted for, but the sales pitch was great and the quality of materials was very good.

Before putting in walk - in shower they came to double check measurements and explained all that I should have ready. The day of installation the two men introduced themselves and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They didn't mind me taking pictures and asking questions. From beginning to end very nice people to work with.

Shower head was installed with debris in it & still is not working 100%

Overpriced.

Not the cheapest option, pushy sales, crew manager never showed up, had to sign for a roof I couldn’t see in the dark. Called the project manager and he said that paperwork was just for the roof crew, and the gutter crew would be there the next day. They never showed, didn’t get called back. Had to call project manager and finally got him to come out and look at my issues, which seemed to be minor cosmetic where the flashing was pushing the shingles up as it was mounted too high? And he took the material they left and said he could have someone come out and fix my gutter guards and the area that the flashing was pushing the shingles up making it look like a low spot. Still have not seen anyone.

I feel the price was very high for what I got.

Our installer Joey was a joy to work with, but we got the run around from the project manager several times, a 1 to 2 day installation took 2 weeks to complete

For the amount of money this cost, it was not worth it. Removed a Jacuzzi to replace with a tub, and the condition my bathroom was left in will cost me couple thousand more dollars. Currently, I have found no one that wants to clean up this disaster. Maybe you should stick to roofing.

Very angry and disappointed with this entire project.

Start to finish, everyone was great and we love our new bathroom. Even my wife, who is very hard to please when it comes to things like this, so THANK YOU!

The product salesman Ricky Frank took time to explain everything clearly and was very patient with me answering questions. Also, Grimaldo the construction worker was very contentious and cared about his work. He informed me about steps needed to do job and really listened to my answers when he had questions for me about setting up shower pieces. He is a very hard worker and i could tell the pride he takes in his work.

Not sure if we overpaid for a new roof. Was our first quote and we felt a little pressured to accept.
