So many ways was disappointed. I feel like the vanity and mirror were not the ones I saw in the brochure the night of the presentation. We wanted to have the sales rep call us - he never did to this day.
I'm very happy with the job Long Home did.
There seemed to be an internal lack of communication in the Long organization from the sales rep all the way through to the onsite installers.
Converted my tub to shower. Two men showed up and did a great job with no fuss,
A job that was supposed to be 1-2 days ended up taking 3 months to complete.
The Long Home team of professionals were excellent in their presentation. Both Steve and Rob knew the product well and by the time we had finished with the consultation we had a picture of what the completed shower would look like, how much it would cost and a timeframe as to when the job would be completed. When the day arrived for installation the installers were on time and finished by 5:00. Everything was exceptional. They left everything as neet and clean as they found it.
Professional, timely, and quality product delivery and installation.
The materials that are used by this company are of great quality, the company offers an excellent guarantee and experience. The team who works for this company seem very knowledgeable, professional and honest
Was extremely pleased with the finished project…was given all the facts of what the job required and was given complete explanations of all the material being used and why it was needed…I had every question answered from start to finish .
They were very professional and did their job. I am pleased with them.
Salesman was not completely truthful. I felt a little faked out. I paid too much for the job.
It was done fast but done right.
They were on-time, very pleasant to meet and greet, and they knew what they doing. They finished on time, as well.
The bathroom is beautiful, but the time frame it took from start to finish was almost a year, and that is outrageous.
They were efficient, got back to me, were timely, and the work was great. I am happy with the pricing.
I am a very satisfied customer.
The guys that did the work with Long Home were very good. The salesman did tell me they did not use subs for their work, and I was then later told they were subs. They did a fine job, and I have no complaints, but I was mislead.
To early for a true e-Val so far it’s great
Very Good Company to work with! Initial consultation was informative and open to choices, answered all questions.
After everything was done one day i was looking down my hallway and noticed when they installed the pluming they drilled into the hallway wall i have to sand it and repaint.
The salesman who came to my house quit. They fired the guys who installed the shower. The handrails were not the ones we selected, and the shower rod was installed incorrectly. It is too far into the shower. We lost space instead of gaining space in our shower.
The crew did a first rate job. I didn't think they could do it in one day, but they did. They did
Nice job.cleaned everything up.good communication
We’re very happy with our experience with Long Home. Jordan was very professional, explained everything in great detail and was able to give us everything we needed at a fair price. The communication getting everything set up was excellent. The roofers arrived on the day and the time they were scheduled. They were very professional, kept us in the loop of what was going on. they cleaned everything up, including all the nails, which I definitely appreciated as I have a dog. Everything went smoothly from start to finishI would definitely recommend Long home and will keep them in mind for future projects.
The bathroom job was suppose to be done in October of 2024. No one contacted me to let me know the floor was on backorder. I paid 1/3 of the cost. They were unable to do the job. I got a call from Katie back in 2025 to set up the remodel date of May 5, 2025.
The total cost of $18,000 for a very small bathroom(10x6) was too much money. The tub was replaced and put waterproof tile board around the tub area and a new showerhead, grab bar and faucet and a few other fixtures for the tub. The toilet was replaced and the floor.
I had to replace the exhaust fan, bathroom light, vanity (paid another $300.00) to install and put the faucet in. All the plumbing was done already. Replacing what was already there.
The job was completed in 1 day.
I was not satisfied with this remodel project or the price I had to pay.
I was contacted by the contractor but not Long Bathroom. I called the finance company to find out the payment terms of the contract.
Sincerely, Pam King
